By gathering industrial elites, and cooperating with famous universities, e.g., University of Shanghai for Science and Technology and Tongji University, KALEE established a national grade produc t test center. With huge investment in introduction of internationally advanced production technologies and test methods, KALEE established a R&D system with independent intellectual property rights as the core, and continuously develops the internationally state-of-art high-tech products. To achieve the enterprise’s vision of ‘Water Makes Life Better’, KALEE made comprehensive innovation in Chinese secondar y water supply equipment and designed the 2nd generation of Chinese non-negative pressure water supply equipment, providing the customer and society with highly efficient, energy saving and environmental friendly products. R&D Test Center is equipped with test equipment of internationally advanced performance, e.g. dynamic balance equipment, high speed camera, laser particle image velocimetry (PIV), etc. Software includes flow field calculation analysis software and FEMAP structure analysis software. All these provide reliable quality assurance for production process of each unit of product.

KLSW-II无负压 — 第二代智能无负压变频恒压供水设备 KLSW-II non-negative pressure: the 2nd generation intelligent non-negative water supply equipment with variable frequency and constant pressure. 该设备的核心技术是“根本不产生负压，而不是产生了负 压再去消除”的智能化控制技术。该项技术全面革新了中 国第二次供水设备，创造了中国第二次供水设备新篇章。 所有过流部件全部采用食品级不锈钢。产品具有高效、节 能、环保、占地面积小等优点。 The core technology of the equipment is a kind of intelligent control technology, which “does not generate negative pressure at all, rather than eliminates the negative pressure generated during the operation”. This technology achieved comprehensive innovation in the secondary water supply equipment in China and opened a new time of Chinese secondary water supply equipment. All parts contacting with fluids adopt food grade stainless steel. The products have various advantages, e.g., high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection, small space occupation, etc.

KH环保型离心泵
KH Series Green Pump 产品采用国际先进的环氧树脂静电喷涂技 术，对水泵进行整体涂装、过流件耐磨， 耐腐、不锈蚀、不结垢。对水质无任何 污染，采用低转速电机，大大降低了水泵 的运行噪音，成倍延长旋转部件的使用寿 命。该产品既无介质污染，也无噪音污 染，同时采用最先进的高效节能水力模 型，是普通单级单吸离心泵最理想的更新 换代产品。

The product adopts epoxy resin static coating technology that is advanced in the world for integral coating of water pump. The parts contacting with fluid are wear resistant, corrosion resistant, antirust, and scale resistant, and do not cause any pollutants to water quality. Application of low rotational speed electrical motor greatly reduces running noise of the water pump and multiples the service life of rotational parts. The product does not cause media pollution, neither noise pollution. Meanwhile, it adopts the most advanced highly efficient and energy saving hydraulic mode. Therefore, it is the most ideal product for update of normal single stage single way centrifugal pump.
