The initial analogue models for this project are produced from a single sheet of paper with a series of cuts. However, the fabrication process for transforming the cells into a rigid acrylic mesh requires that the system be divided into several components. By dividing the cells into
Raji pyramids connected by triangular wedges, RajivRajiv Fernan Raj F Eunk Eunki Eunki Kang Eun K Sung a new organization of cells is revealed and Sungab Sungab KIm Sun a higher level of complexity is achieved. The entire system is composed of triangular faces which allow almost any form to be produced using this cellular kit of parts. In this particular case study, the final prototype takes the form of a structurally rigid pod.
