No, momma says you’ve risen But I know that she is wrong I saw you right there! In the dirt! So come up, let’s sing a song! You used to sing me lullabies You swayed and held me close Said, “Poppa’s always Here for you!” And buttoned up my coats You used to make me sandwiches You cut them into squares It’s not the same now Without you The house is big and bare
