February 2014

The Volunteer Voice Volunteer of the Month Congratulations to Ti Wegmeyer, Erik Kirk and Rachael Mynatt as the January Volunteers of the Month!

Armed Forces Bowl Tailgate On 30 December, the American Red Cross held a tailgate party during the Armed Forces Bowl where Navy played Middle Tennessee State. Hotdogs, bratwursts, hamburgers, and chicken wings were served to those who joined us in this event. A big thank you to everyone who helped out! Including the USO for partnering with us!

They selflessly committed themselves to teaching Therapeutic Yoga Classes on Caserma Ederle and Del Din. Therapeutic yoga classes impact the health of participants through group health education by providing a complementary or alternative method of relieving stress as a component of their medical treatment plan. This class is giving clients support that is needed to take charge of their health. The Vicenza community is lucky to have these wonderful volunteers.
