PROJECT One of the most popular facade is a double skin facade, where the conDESCRIPTION struction is different from the main structure. Second skin facade usually acts as a strong sun-shading, but often becomes an obstacle from daylighting. Nowadays, responsive facades are being developed, with smart detector and rotating engine, so that the facade will adjust itself according to the amount of sunrays falling upon the facade’s surface.

mixed-use - student creative hub 1200 m2 1044 m2 4 floors 400 students

with T. Priscylla A.A. and Marestu R. N.

PROJECT Bandung is a student city, where all kinds of needs are provided well for DESCRIPTION students. Unfortunately, those needs are usually seperated in different areas, making students have to mobilize more than needed only to fulfill those needs. Therefore, it is important for students to have a single building where everything is provided, and comfortable enough to be more productive in students activities such as studying and socializing.

In this workshop, my team received the main problem: The Degrading of Cultural Knowledge in Bandung, especially around the heritage site, Braga and its surrounding. Our discussion led us to create a fun game involving a tour of Braga, while actively interacting with real-life Braga, such as finding historical site, enjoyng famous Bandung food, or communicating with cultural experts. With this game, players will be able to receive real-life reward such as movie tickets, free coupons, etc.

bi m imme r sio n c o m pet i t i o n model checking, scheduling and cost estimating with archicad, solibri, synchro, and costx Introduced with 4-days workshop of BIM engines, students are given the responsibility to recheck the prepared 3D model project. After correcting the errors, we are required to set the construction schedule and simulation, then estimate the construction cost. The final result is students’ recognition of BIM’s role in real-life industry.
