1. Accept your GIS Invitation a. Accept & Set-up your password Search Email on 14th August! With Subject : Welcome to AIESEC!

2. search your local committee You have two options : Search AIESEC Indonesia
or your LC directly
3. YOur LC Page - If you search for AIESEC Indonesia -
choose your LC to go to LC Page

Click “Team” for team assignment

4. Invite your member a. LC Team Page
I already assigned all LCPs to ur role

4. Invite your member c. After Manual Invitation
After you invite them, they will directly become unplaced members
5. ROle assignment put ur cursor near your position and there will be “+” sign appear. Then click it to add a role below you
write down his/her position it will automatically appear here as well
Type name based on unplace member only so if you haven’t invite them u can’t assign them here
Start and End date of their positions
after you click “+” sign for add role
5. ROle assignment - If you have subordinate under your sub-ordinate —
Just add position and do the same procedure in Case you have a sub-ordinate under your subordinate you can click “+” sign as well
5. Role assignment - After you assign all of your team :3 :3 :3
6. Add more team in your LC (Manager, Staff) Put team name here

Assign the rest of team member exactly the same like what you did in EB.
