Painting Supplies (Paint, Brushes & Drawing Paper) can be picked up at Casey-Hovey Libraries from 21 October - 15 November. • Eligibility: All Valid DoD ID Card holders. • Submit your complete Christmas Card to the Casey or Hovey Library by 21 November. • Judging and Announcement for 5 Winners: 24 November • Prizes: 1st place, $100 gift card; 2nd place, $80 gift card; 3rd place, $70 gift card; 4th Place, $60 gift card; and 5th Place, $50 gift card. • Award Ceremony: Friday, 4 December, 1400 at Casey Library Refreshments will be served.
