Hwacheon Sancheoneo Ice Festival is Koreans’ favorite winter festiva. Have fun from various winter activities on a frozen river in Hawacheon, the first area to freeze in Korea. Spot sancheoneo (mountain trout) under the river and try fishing through the holes. Then, you can grill or it filleted to taste fresh mountain trout on the site!
