Redesign spaces of duplex in order to accommodate the necessities of a family of three in a sustainable way.

DINING ROOM Motion sensored light that can be controlled by the household will decrease the amount of unecessary electricity used. LIVING ROOM
The new open layout will promote more family interaction. This will help for the family to help each other to live in a sustainable way.
DUPLEX The water consumbed in the sink will be stored in the toilet, this will then reuse the water when flushed.

GLOBAL SUSTAINABILITY The project has the potential to become a prototype for future sustainable homes.
Adaptable interior spaces provide a sense of community within the household. This promotes more family oriented interaction, they will be happier and live more sustainable.
Prevents the loss of heat in winter and to filter out solar heat in the summer months.
COMMUNITY GARDEN/FRUIT TREES
Observes solar energy and stores it for the use of the house.
GREEN WINDOW / SKYLIGHTS
Insulated concrete forms are made with 100% natural wood chips. They are strong, durwable, fire- proof. 44% less energy is required to heat the interiors, and 32% less energy is used to cool the interiors.
