OUR WORK: CREATING IMPACT THROUGH ENGAGEMENT From local community projects to international summits, Ariel Foundation International's work spans a wide range of activities designed to foster leadership and entrepreneurial spirit. Through partnerships with schools, community groups, and international organizations, Ariel Foundation International delivers programs that are both impactful and sustainable. Over the years, AFI has reached over 25,000 young people, developed thousands of children and youth changemakers, and has had impact in over 50 countries.

CHANGEMAKERS PROGRAM: AMPLIFYING CHILDDREN AND YOUTH VOICES ON THE GLOBAL STAGE Ariel Foundation International ChangeMakers Program is a dynamic global movement of young people who passionately believe that their voices matter. We envision a world where youth are represented at all levels of decision-making, reflecting the reality that 50% of the world’s population is under 35. Developed by Ariel Foundation International, our Changemakers program is dedicated to inspiring and empowering young people by providing them with significant platforms to express their perspectives on global issues. Through hosting summits at the United Nations, we create opportunities for youth to engage directly with international policymakers and influential bodies. Our summits are a vibrant space where young voices can resonate, ensuring their insights contribute to global discourse and decision-making processes. Uniquely run by young people for young people, AFI Changemakers leverages the firsthand experiences and aspirations of the youth to address contemporary challenges. Page 16 ...unleashing potential, inspiring change

Our program has successfully presented its unique viewpoints and recommendations to prestigious forums such as the UN Right to Development Working Group, The United Nations Social Forum, and the World Health Organization., and the UN Human Rights Council, United Nations Trad and Development, National Parliaments in the United Kingdom and Senegal. These presentations, documented in our online official children and youth authored reports, emphasize the critical role of youth in shaping policies and initiatives that affect their futures. The involvement of young people in these high-level discussions underscores the importance of inclusive decision-making. By bringing youth perspectives to the forefront, Ariel Foundation International Changemakers not only empowers individuals but also enriches the policy-making process with fresh, and innovative ideas. This approach ensures that the young generation is actively co-lead and contribute to the creation of a more equitable, prosperous, and sustainable world. Our program's impact is far-reaching, demonstrating that children and young people, when given the right platforms and support, can significantly influence global agendas and drive positive change. Through AFI Changemakers, we are committed to nurturing the potential of youth worldwide, fostering a generation of informed, engaged, and proactive leaders. Yet, Ariel Foundation International Changemakers is about more than the United Nations, and National Parliaments. We aim to empower young people to become advocates for issues that matter to them, from their local communities to the global stage. Today’s children and youth form the first truly global community, transcending borders, languages, and cultures. No matter where children and youth live, there’s a way for them to get involved as their opinions matter.
