WELCOME This first edition of our new Look Book highlights some of the year’s biggest colour trends and how our lighting has both drawn inspiration from, and tied in with these developments. We have also been delighted to have supplied lighting for some breathtaking interiors including some of the world’s most prestigious hotels such as The Grosvenor House Hotel, London and The Waldorf Astoria, Amsterdam. A number of new lighting designs have also recently been unveiled. These include beautiful additions to our Signature lighting collection as well as our new product range; ‘The Zoffany Collection’.

COLOUR TRENDS LONDON COLLECTIONS MEN SS16 ‘London Collections Men SS16′ showcased the work of more than seventy menswear designers. Monochromatic colour trends featured heavily at the show with strong parallels to a range of Heathfield & Co designs.

COLOUR TRENDS HAYMES FORECAST With a emphasis on blue and monochromatic tones, we re-visit Haymes’ Colour Forecast for 2015 showing the lighting designs that effectively incorporate and echo these trend colours.

GLACIER The calming colours found within the ‘Raw’ palette are effectively represented by a number of designs from Heathfield & Co’s lighting range. This striking grey tone is perfectly captured in the ‘Glacier’ finish, available in the Celine and Somerton ranges.

COLOUR TRENDS ANDREA MAGNO, BENJAMIN MOORE Founded in 1883, Benjamin Moore is one of North America’s leading manufactures of premium quality residential and commercial paints and finishings. The company recently unveiled their chosen ‘Colour Trends 2015′, in addition to their single ‘Colour of the Year’, ‘Guilford Green’. We spoke to Andrea Magno, Colour & Design Expert at Benjamin Moore, to discuss this year’s featured colours.

What led you to choose ‘Guilford Green’ in particular as your single colour of the year? For the past few years the green colour family was always present, but it was not particularly dominant. However, as we conducted our research for Colour Trends 2015 we were struck by a reoccurring theme of greens being used across industries. This was a clear signal that the green family was an area to focus on, leading to our choice of Guilford Green HC-116 as our Colour of the Year. This particular hue was prevalent in our photos and tear sheets, and it is an easy to live with colour that can serve as the “main event” in a room, or act as a neutral complementing other colours and materials.
