Hill Country Smash

Milam & Greene Triple Cask Bourbon Whiskey is distilled in Blanco, Texas, on copper pot stills and in Kentucky on classic column stills, using its proprietary yeast recipe and mash bill. Aging takes place in rickhouses located across four states in casks with an assortment of char levels for a variety of fl avors, resulting in the most thorough array of casks made and collected by any craft distiller.

Ingredients

2 oz. Milam & Greene Triple Cask Bourbon Whiskey

1 juicy fresh peach

½ oz. fresh-squeezed lemon juice

½ oz. of simple syrup

1 to 2 oz. sparkling water

Directions

Peel and slice peach. Muddle the peach with simple syrup. Add whiskey and lemon juice. Shake well with ice. Strain over fresh ice and top with sparkling water. Garnish with mint and a fresh peach slice and enjoy!
