ART

CREATIVE CERAMICS & CLAY Unleash your creativity! Young sculptors are taken step-by-step through the process of building and creating. Learn a variety of sculpture techniques and decorate and glaze projects for firing.

SCULPTURE & CERAMICS (INTERMEDIATE+) Designed for students with previous clay experience, this class provides a variety of hand building techniques for making sculptures and functional wheel thrown pieces.

ART & CRAFTS Mixed Media, paper mache, printmaking, drawing and more! Explore a variety of mediums and create unique works of art.

PAINTING & PRINTMAKING Step by step instructions lead to beautiful works of art. Learn the fundamentals of painting and printmaking with various mediums.

DANCE

BROADWAY JAZZ Introduction to jazz dance and technique. Participants will create combinations, learn dance techniques and vocabulary, and demonstrate movement elements in choreographed performances.

Uniforms: Black leotard, black jazz pants or Capri pants, black jazz shoes and hair up.

BALLET Ballerinas are introduced to a basic structure of a ballet class and vocabulary.

Uniform: Black solid leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes and hair in a bun with hair net (no shorts).

HIP HOP Introduction to hip hop techniques. Participants will create combinations, learn dance techniques and vocabulary, and demonstrate movement elements in choreographed performances.

Uniform: Black leotard, any color baggy style pants (blue, pink, yellow, green)

SKYBEAT DANCE CREW Join our performance focused Hip Hop crew. Tryouts are required. A commitment to twice per week practices for Junior A & B (Tuesday and Friday) and Senior (Tuesday and Thursday) Hip Hop Crews.

YOGA

YOGA A fun yoga class with acrobatics and partner poses, creative breathing exercises, active yoga games and music.

Stimulates self esteem, imagination, creativity and self control. Class is bilingual.

YoMu was created by Cynthia Zak Preuss, a certified yoga and music teacher, as well as singer, writer, songwriter and mom of three beautiful kids. Her first children’s book is already on the market.

ROBOTICS, CODING AND GRAPHIC DESIGN

CODING AND GRAPHIC DESIGN • Learn block-based coding in a fun and engaging way using Kodu Game Lab • Design your own video game • Introduction to programming using HTML, CSS & JavaScript • Create web pages, explore graphic design and 3D printing MINI ROBOTICS Using tablets and a specialized software in an easy-to-use programming environment, kids can build, program and see their creations come to live. Mini robotics themes will covers life, physical, earth, and space sciences, as well as engineering.

ROBOTICS Children will enjoy using specialized robotic pieces to experiment with motors, sensors, and programming. As they advanced the children will begin learning programming techniques like data wires, variables, and custom-made programming blocks.
