Gentle Yoga Flow | Lois Tepper, MBJCC Dance Studio (2nd floor) A vigorous and fluid Vinyasa practice connecting breath and movement to build a detoxifying heat in the body and a steady focus in the mind. Move with Alignment Principles as you open your courageous hearts with a quiet meditation, standing poses, twists, and a final nourishing relaxation.

10:30 - 11:15 am Center in Center: Your 3 Powers & 4 Bodies Tools for Wellness | Mia Glick & Jennifer Dominguez MP 3 (2nd floor) You are powerful, and your being has a presence. Be aware of what your three powers are and how to Hold Space for others. Then learn how to center in your mind and body to protect yourself and be grounded. Come ready to experiment and leave with possibilities! Collage as Oracle Meditation | Tara Benmeleh, espiritútara MP 4 (2nd floor) Using recycled magazines, Tara will guide a silent meditation where you will create an intuitive collage. This practice allows you to tap into your subconscious and will learn how to “read” your work.
