What a fantastic day we had at the Auckley Show! The sun was shining, the community came together in full force, and the event was nothing short of spectacular. It's always lovely to see so many familiar faces and great to see friends and families making memories that will last a lifetime. Events like these remind us of the strong, vibrant community we are all so fortunate to be a part of. Huge thank you to all of the event organisers and support. The Auckley show would not exist without you. I would also like to congratulate everyone who received their exam results this summer. Whether you’re heading off to college, university, starting an apprenticeship, or taking a different path, this is an exciting time filled with new opportunities. You've worked hard to get here, and your achievements are something to be truly proud of. I wish you all the very best as you embark on the next chapter of your journey.
Here’s to continued community spirit, bright futures, and many more wonderful events like the Auckley Show. Let's keep supporting each other and celebrating our successes, big and small.

THE AUCKLEY SHOW 2024
Celebrating 40 Years of The Auckley Show: A Community Triumph
This year marked a special milestone for The Auckley Show as it celebrated 40 incredible years at Riverside Park. Once again, the event proved why it remains one of the most cherished traditions in our community, drawing in crowds from near and far for a day filled with sunshine, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
From beginning to end, the park buzzed with joy and excitement. Families strolled through the stalls, children marveled at the rides, local traders showcased their best and the exhibits were amazing. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, with the community coming together to enjoy The Auckley Show and all it had to offer.
This year’s show was particularly significant, not just for its milestone anniversary, but also for the overwhelming support it received. The community turned out in full force, making this one of the busiest and most successful shows in recent history. The glorious weather certainly helped, with the sun shining down on a day that will be remembered for years to come.
Of course, no event of this magnitude is without its challenges. The organisers worked tirelessly to ensure everything ran smoothly, and while there were a couple of hiccups along the way, their dedication and quick thinking ensured that the day was a triumph. Lessons have been learned, and improvements are already being planned for next year to make the experience even better.
As we reflect on this year’s show, we owe a huge debt of gratitude to everyone who played a part in making it happen. The Auckley Show is a true community effort, and it wouldn’t be possible without the hard work and dedication of the organisers, volunteers, traders, and of course, the attendees. Your enthusiasm and support are what keep this tradition alive and thriving year after year.
Looking ahead, we are already excited for next year’s show. If you enjoyed this year’s festivities and want to get more involved, we are always on the lookout for volunteers. Whether you can lend a hand in the planning stages or help out on the day itself, your contribution can make a real difference in ensuring everyone has the best time possible. Thank you to everyone who made this year’s Auckley Show a resounding success. Here’s to many more years of community spirit, celebration, and sunshine at Riverside Park!
