KISS MY ARTIST!
Kiss my Artist or KMAdotcom is an artist studio based in Midlothian that brings together a diverse group of artists. We work together to make individual and collaborative projects that allow us to express ourselves and develop our creative practices. During lockdown, whilst our physical workshops have been paused, KMAdotcom has continued to be a supportive space which encourages collective and individual creativity. We have stayed in touch through video calling, sharing images and Zoom parties, collaborating in a ‘virtual’ studio until we can all meet together again. This book comes out of this experience and of our desire to show our work together, beyond the studio and into the world. So welcome to the first ‘KMAdotcom Colouring Book’! On the pages that follow, you will find a selection of images from KMA artists compiled into this book for you to add colour, detail, text, pattern... and truly make your own. We would love for you to collaborate with us - we have left space within our artworks for you to add your own backgrounds, shapes, colours, speech bubbles, animals and symbols….it’s totally up to you! We hope you enjoy working with us and please do share on social media and tag us in your creations
