SILVIA GIOVANARDI

IG: @silvia giovanardI

Silvia Giovanardi realizes a new artwork, called: ‘/ɡɛntɛ/‘ (= 'People' in Portuguese)

There are two types of power: the social and the natural one The social power is exercised by the mind, through an illusion of control. The natural power is exercised by the heart and consists in the ability to love and to give oneself.

There is a mystical pentagram she’d chosen for this artwork, which is composed by five affirmations: ‘I bless you, I thank you, I forgive you, I love you, I have faith in you ’ . This extraordinary invocation uncoils the heart power that allows us to become what we love.

She painted these statements on 5 t-shirts worn by 5 human balloons, inviting people to embody the magical spell aimed to make peace with ourselves and realize any achievement we are able to imagine

OLGA VOLKOVA

IG: @volkova os

She was born in St Petersburg, Russia, and after graduating from Law University, began working as a maritime lawyer in 2007 In 2010, she moved to Cyprus and has called it home ever since

Despite her professional success, she always had a deep passion for art. In October 2012, she decided to pursue her dreams and enrolled in classes at Galatex Art Studio. There she had the privilege of studying under the tutelage of an extraordinary artist, great teacher, and natural mentor, Andrey Zhohov. With his guidance, she honed her skills and discovered that painting was an integral part of her being.

By mid-2013, her works had successfully participated in several exhibitions in Cyprus However, due to work, she took a long break from painting and only returned to it at the end of 2019 Despite the hiatus, her passion for art remains undiminished, and she continues to create art works that, hopefully, inspire and move her audiences

MANUELA GAGIDIS

@arte manufactum

Manuela Gagidis is a multidimensional artist that creates dazzling paintings, mostly of women, using lyrics, mixed media, and her favorite liquid, coffee She shares stories and tries to inspire her viewers to dig deeper and feel the artwork by merging her vision and a profound sense of gratitude for life with techniques from art therapy In so-called artcoaching sessions, which combine art class and art therapy techniques, she conveys her artistic philosophy and language

Despite the many color palettes of coffee and its beauty, Manuela enjoys using coffee in her watercolor paintings because it brings back her greatest childhood memories Making coffee brought family and friends together in the morning or the afternoon to chat and enjoy life In order to connect with the emotion behind a narrative and share this personal and joyful experience with an audience outside of herself, she began to use coffee with her brush With a splash of it, some color, some lyrics, some acrylic markers, and some objects made of gold, silver, and copper, Manuela produces really powerful paintings As a viewer, you are drawn into this warm, intimate, and friendly moment.

GLAUCO GALARINI

IG: @glauco.galarini

Glauco Galarini was born in Urbino From the very start he came in touch with art thanks to his father After having moved to Rome, he started to get close to painting as an autodidact From there, his passion grew more and more, to the point of wanting to make it an actual career Glauco's creative process has always been tied to his brushstroke The main idea around which the artists’ art revolves is the contrast created between the bodies, which are delicate, and what surrounds them These surroundings are made with denser, tactile brushstrokes, almost to the point of showing the brush marks

What makes painting stimulating is knowing that you're touching a person's strings, but not knowing which ones, because every one of us is different from the other and in front of the same artwork feels different emotions
