SANDRA IG: @sandman_bepe Sandra is guided by her feelings and experiences in sad bad or happy moments. she can´t and don´t want to commit herself to one art style. abstract painting for her is to shout out all her emotions she feel and to process her experience in life. Even when it’s dark, there is always colours, light and hope. That’s what she want to say with my abstract artwork. With Sandypop for example she want to show the colourful world and different cultures / people - cause she love travelling and see different parts in the world. You ll never find dark colors there. Statement Art is for me that we should never loose the attention for - Diversity. Respect. Responsibility. Foresight. Love. About the artist Sandra was born in a small town in germany and based now with her husband and 2 year old daughter in cologne. She usually use Acrylcolors, coloured pencils and water for her paintings.

Creativity and positiveness are keywords in her life and in her paintings.
CORINA MARKIDES IG: @corina_markides Corina Markides is Greek but was born and raised in Burundi, Africa. She studied Interior Architecture in Paris and has lived in Moscow, Amsterdam, Bern, Bucharest and now Athens. Having lived in different parts of the world, she paints to connect to a place (whether seen or imagined) Her paintings are impressions of skies, seas and places that originate from memories. Corina uses encaustic medium with its multi-layered applications to achieve transparency, luminosity and texture. Encaustic medium is obtained by liquifying and mixing natural resin, pure beeswax and pigments. It is applied in layers (in a molten state) and each layer is fused with a blow torch. She also uses tools to carve or scrape the surface of the painting.
