ALEX KADI IG: @alexkadistudio Alex Kadi was born in 1984. Academically trained, her work is anthropocentric and focuses on colour rather than form. She paints in various techniques – seen here is the original work “Water Nymph” where Art Nouveau meets Impressionism, and “Heat”, which was painted as an exercise in light and warmth, copied from a movie-still from the award-wining film Caramel. Her paintings and drawings have been shown in galleries and auctions in Greece and the UK. Many hang in private collections around the world. With 15 years of experience in Art education and illustration, she now works exclusively from her private studio in Thessaloniki, receiving commissions and creating original work for collectors and Art lovers. Her online shop launches within the year!

LUNA IG: @my_luna_paintings LUNA is a figurative painter based in Lisbon. Born in 1975, mainly self-taught, she attended a couple of short Painting courses at the Slade School in London. This was a pivotal moment in her work as she learned the importance of light in the canvas. LUNA’s work displays her passion for beauty in trivial things inspired by her admiration for artworks from Edward Hopper, Paula Rego, Hockney, Freud, Maia, Picasso and Maluda, just to name a few. Having started with oil sticks and neo-pastels she now works with charcoal and acrylic due to its immediacy, which relate more to her creative personality. Since 2010 she has been working on commissions and exhibitions from material collected over her travels.

NICO PEARLEYES IG: @nicopearleyesillustration Nico Pearleyes (b. 1989) is an artist and illustrator from France. He found art after years of wandering in various studies and jobs. He has lived several times in South-Korea and currently resides in France. Influenced by readings in anthropology, exploratory stays abroad and languages, he sees visual arts as a way to open up new spaces within ourselves and to design unexpected ways of experiencing things. Through his work, Nico makes visible the worlds he perceives. He explores the idea that modes of representation have the potential to transform our experience of things. With a special interest for world-building, his paintings often represent landscapes or sceneries with characters. They look like shots taken by an anthropologist or a reporter travelling parallel worlds.

THODORIS STRATIGOS IG: @Dodos24 Thodoris Stratigos is a self taught artist. From a young age he was expressing himself through art. Inspired by the works of Edgard Maxence and Singer Sargent his paintings are anthropocentric. He especially admires the womans form. Loves to work with different mediums such as oils, watercolors, pastels, charcoals and many others. He has done three solo shows and has participated in many group exhibitions.

FOTINI SIAFAKA IG:@fwteinysiafaka

Fotini Siafaka is a professional graphic artist, illustrator, and architectural plan designer and since her childhood, she was always passionate with the Art. By continuously looking to get involved with different tasks and activities in relation to art, Fotini has settled into her personal style which is mainly influenced by the director-screenwriter Tim Burton and by the author Susan Hill who is well known for her horror novels.Small and dark sketches, with strong emotions and full of mystery are coming directly through Fotinis's eyes and are captured with a pen on a piece of paper.

THOMAS LEON NORDKAP IG: @thomasnordkap Thomas Leon Nordkap creates works because he thinks they need to exist. They are made, therefore, according to the laws they themselves set when coming into existence on paper, wood, through paint or collage. These works are not expressions of the artist, but of the world that have made such works possible. But whereas the world is all about making things clear and perceivable, these works are attempting to make painting wander into yet unperceived forms, through compositions in which the intentions of the artist are not prioritized, but horizontally engaged in situations equally created by the paint itself, the photographs and cutouts of the collages, and so on. These works are thus constructions of possible pathways, corridors and backways possibly leading to the point where painting starts to drift, where art itself is lost, forgets is own name and starts to reimagine itself. In short, where art starts to wander into the unmappable.

RYAN RADER IG: @art_of_nyctophilia Inspired Renaissance masters, Ryan embraces the ideals of the Surrealists. He constructs nightmares that last forever upon the wall. His approach is spiritual; each piece is an altar to the dark ether that inspires and flows through him. Beauty in darkness and decay. Sublime deformation. Echoes from beyond the veil of nightmares. Ryan Rader was born in Stratford, On. July 1st, 1982. Ryan began to draw at a young age. These early retreats to an inner world coupled with his introverted personality would lead to the dark fantasies he explores today. These are part of a body of work that began in 2019, emerging from a 8 year hiatus Ryan began exploring the darker natures of humanity.

ELVIRA SORIANO CAMACHO IG: elvira_soriano_camacho Elvira Soriano Camacho is an artist from Barcelona (Spain) trained in various schools and studios in drawing, painting, illustration and portrait. But it was together with the cartoonist and illustrator José González Navarro (Pepe González) that she further developed her technique. Professionally, she has worked as a freelance illustrator for editorial enterprises and advertising agencies, also accepting portrait commissions, as well as alternating the creation of her own work. She currently runs the Soriano Camacho Art Studio where she teaches drawing and painting since 2006. She is a figurative artist who understands art as a language that connects with people and makes them better. She currently works in diferent projects, where the human figure as well as the landscape are usually present.

ANNA ASPASIA THEODORAKIS IG: @anna theodorakis art Automatism. Studio at Stadiou 60,Omonoia ,Athens

MÓNICA ESGUEVA IG: @monicaesgueva.art Meditation —practiced for more than twenty years— allows Mónica to achieve rich inspirational experiences and inner visions that she depicts in her paintings. In her case, it is this listening to her own inner voice with such focused attention that contributes to expressing her personal glimpses of the divine Imagination, embodying her own vision and simultaneously aiming at revealing a facet of the collective mind. She paints to express this beyond words, even beyond the visual senses. She paints vibrations that aspire to transcend the physical world. She creates to expand the light, aligned to Robert Schumann’s perspective that “the artist’s vocation is to send light into the human heart”.

BYRON Z. TRIPP IG: @byronztripp Byron Tripp is an artist-in-residence at the Silicon Valley Museum of Art. He has studied under Zhaonan Duan, Chairman of the America Chinese Culture Artist Association, and traces his artistic lineage back to world famous and influential artist Xu Bei Hong. He specializes in oil paint and his main source of inspiration since childhood has been the beauty in Mother Nature. In his former professional career, Byron was the principal architectural designer and builder of custom homes across the San Francisco Bay Area.
