The artist was always intrigued with displaying the unilateralism of seemingly irreconcilable dialectics. Juxtaposing trash and art, the usage of various information carrying media and the style of vivid colors transport this approach Sharp contrasts and fluid strokes alternate each other to emphasize these oppositions Through these, questions for agency and societal values arise Who is the work’s author when an AI generated image which got the artwork as an input is imprinted in the same work with NFC Stickers?

The same interchangeability can be found when it comes to trash and art The reusability and reintegration into the society is not that of transformation. It’s a different perspective, one which was always there but couldn't be seen through societal conventions

Laura has surrounded her life creating artworks since childhood As she started to look for something unique but still using natural materials, „coincidence“ led her to encaustic wax painting Encaustic is an unbelievably colourful and live art Laura´s attention was caught by the possibility to change the structures and practically the whole painting endlessly, always getting something new and unexpected The use of heat and fire adds to the magic of this technique Laura´s latest pieces are concentrated on sharing the beauty surrounding us at every step. THOMAS FALKNER

Thomas Falkner lives in Berlin and is a self taught artist. When photography and digitalization started coming together a good twenty years ago, it occupied him more and more in his spare time Over the years he has developed his own style: highly reduced and distorted photographs in which structures, contexts and again perspectives become clear In this style we see a forgotten world in Berlin the remains of an old factory with the iconic (East) Berlin TV tower far in the background. And we see a mysterious fence running across the picture and towards a watchtower Are we on the right or the wrong side?

LAURA ZOTTI

Laura Zotti (23), is a female artist from Salzburg Beside her work as a musician and singer, Laura finds herself also in abstract painting She calls her art from „Embodiment of Soul“

Questions like: „Who is God ?, and Who am I with God ?“, are constant companions in Laura’s life and a strong influence for her artistic creations Laura started her first painting in 2020 Inspired by a book about African culture, she was amazed by pictures that were full of colors and expression After this first in fluence, Laura plays with the diversity of colors and how an abstract painting can reflect a certain period of her life

ROSA BESLER

Rosa Besler was born in 1989 She studied acting in Hamburg and teaching in Vienna, where she lived and worked for 12 years. She paints acrylic paintings, watercolor paintings, writes children's books and quotes At the moment she lives and works in Salzburg Her paintings are inspired by animal motifs and depicted in an abstract or very cute way.

In my work, essential formal aspects are inextricably linked to my professional experience as a set designer and interior designer Accordingly, my biographical embroideries contain drawn topographical and urban planning data and plan excerpts as well as fragments of photos and poetry, which I combine with pen and thread on paper. Sewing as one of the oldest crafts in human history, and in addition to its functionality, also has an artistic and aesthetic significance Sewing on paper is patiently drawing on paper with a needle and thread Every stitch and every line is considered carefully

In the Blaue Serie (2021) I first coloured the paper with watering the paper in blue ink in dipping processes of different lengths. After the drying process, the sheet was further processed according to the method described above.

The photos and portraits in Blaue Serie1 (2021), Blaue Serie 2 (2021), and in Irmis Männer (2020) are close family members, their ageing, their handwriting, their identifying things and places

"Athina, characterizes herself as a hopeless romantic dreamy soul

She was born on 25th January 1990 in Athens, Greece Even from a young age, she was an amateur photographer who was inspired by nature, music and books, but it was in 2020 when she decided to attend photography seminars Having already participated in several group exhibitions in both Greece and abroad, photography continues to be an integral part of her life, since art has always been her retreat

Her photographs are based on black and white abstract expressionism, portraits, landscapes and fine art Infuenced by famous photographers such as Mario Giacomelli, Carleton Watkins, Minor White etc , Athina trully believes that "art can change the world if humans are ready to see the truth of themselves"

Juli Redfox is the alias of an upcoming female artist based in Vienna, Austria

The artist uses various materials including vintage comics, stamps, newspapers and spray paint to bring her creative ideas on canvas She gets inspired by present thoughts, feelings, songs, travels and different cultures Having started art school at a young age, after her diploma she preferred to continue on her own because the most important aim in life for her was always freedom and self determination Over the course of her work, she established relationships with international customers and is very interested in expanding the international and intercultural cooperation

Lena Edlinger, a 27 year old artist from Vienna / Lower Austria uses art primarily to bring her inner world to the outside

For this reason, her painted artworks are mostly expressionist self portraits or altered photographed self portraits, which she makes look like painted She often shows different personality traits in her artworks, which sometimes communicate through speech bubbles. Glauco Galarini was born in Urbino After having moved to Rome and having started the profession of cinematographic designer, he started to get close to painting as an autodidact His passion grew to the point of wanting to make it an actual career His creative process has always been tied to his brushstroke The main idea around which his art revolves is the contrast created between the bodies, which are delicate, blurred, whose volume is the product of faint coats of paint and what surrounds them What makes painting stimulating is knowing that you're touching a person's strings, but not knowing which ones, because everyone of us is different from the other and in front of the same artwork feels different emotions

Merlin Dickie is a Vienna born visual artist with focus on high contrast, semi realist acrylic painting

During his studies at University of Applied Arts Vienna between 2015 and 2020, after working several years in graphic design and movie special effects, he discovered his passion for sociopolitical issues such as gender perception and psychological health as well as art history

He explores these themes visually, in complex, collage like paintings and writes about said issues on his homepage. Since 2022 he focuses all his energy on painting, working self employed from his Vienna based atelier.
