Alex Harder I am a grade 10 student at the Comp. This is my first year in art and I absolutely love it. It is such a good outlet to put your passion into. I really enjoy pastel because it is such an accurate representation of color.

Brenna Muir Iâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;m 18 years old and have been drawing since I was four years old and hope to continue drawing for the rest of my life. Art has been one of and probably is my favorite thing to do at any given moment. Art has shaped who I am and I hope can maybe shape who others are too, I want to share art with everyone and hope that it will make them as happy as it makes me.

Vanessa Muir Iâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;m in grade 12 this year. I have enjoyed art my whole life. It has been a great learning experience. Art will always be a part of my life.

Camille Lindholm Art class has really helped me figure out my talents and skills with painting. It acts as a sort of escape for me. I absolutely love watercolors and tend to paint them the most.

Danielle McAfee Iâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;m in grade 10 at the Comp. This is my first year in art and Iâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;m really enjoying learning new techniques and trying new things. I enjoy all types of art and this is my way to branch out and try new things.

Riley Voon I am a 16 year old art student in grade 11. Initially at the start of the year I wasnâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t particularly interested in art, but as the year went on and I began to create more and more pieces of art. I have a growing interest in art. At the moment, I am very fond of graphite and charcoal. Through delicate shading I feel I am able to bring out a variety of emotions through the piece.

Justice Pederson I am 17 years old and I have always loved art. I started drawing simple cartoons and comic characters, then in grade 10 I started art with Mrs. Severson and she has been a great teacher. She has helped me with different techniques with watercolors and sketching. My favorite thing to do is vse graphite and just sketch different pictures.

Kieran Kelly All my drawings are in pencil, graphite or charcoal. Iâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;m just starting to do big pieces but I really am enjoying it.

Leah Clark I am 15 years old and in grade 10. I mostly draw dark scenes such as Jack the Ripper gore. I usually draw with a pencil and add color after. I prefer the medium black ink, I usually also draw Anime.

Madison Sterling Iâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;m a current grade 11 student at Camrose Composite High School. My whole life as long as I can remember visual arts has always been a passion for me. This year marks my second year of having any kind of art class, besides now I have been self taught. I always strive to have large, outgoing, expressive and idealistic art pieces. Acrylic is my main medium but charcoal and contave are also my favorite. Next year I hope to improve even more.

Chuck MacLean Arts Centre

The Chuck MacLean Arts Centre was established in order for the promotion, continuance and support of all things art in Camrose to be under one roof.
