Friday 1st April saw the final show presented by Chris Moyse and it happened to be an outside broadcast in the lovely town of Eye. It was cold, with snow flurries, but that did not deter the team and guests from joining in. Fortunately our gazebo was sandwiched between the fruit and veg stall and the fresh fish van so we were saved from most of the cold winds. Matt had the equipment all fired up and we went ‘live’ right on time, despite the cold. Bruce and Ollie from the Handyman supplied tea, coffee and hot chocolate along with cakes and biscuits. Although we were all feeling the cold and it was snowing, we wanted to stay to finish off the cakes. Thank you Bruce and Ollie. Diss Town Councillor Simon Olander came along and presented a certificate of Recognition to Chris for all the work he has put in to make Park Radio a whole community project, which services Diss, Eye, Harleston and the surrounding village and hamlets.

There’s so much more in store for you!
