Camille is thrilled to be back at NWCT after appearing earlier this season as Amelia Earhart in Amelia Earhart’s First Flight! She was previously seen as Sally Brown in You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown at Enlightened Theatrics. Camille graduated from The University of the Arts with a BFA in musical theater. Her favorite roles include Elle Woods in Legally Blonde at UArts and Fiona in Shrek the Musical at Northwest Children’s Theater. She would like to thank Sarah Jane and Ez for this opportunity, and her friends and family for their love and support.

PRINCE BOBBY
John is back in tap shoes for another holiday show after receiving a Drammy for Best Actor in a Musical for his role as Bert in Mary Poppins. He recently delighted NWCT audiences as Little One in The Starlings Present: Amelia Earhart’s First Flight and The Tail of Sleeping Beauty. Previously, he received a Drammy for Best Actor in a Musical for his role as Bert in Mary Poppins. Other memorable roles include Cat in Dr. Seuss’s The Cat in the Hat, Captain Hook in Peter Pan, Mad Hatter in Alice in Wonderland, Willy Wonka, Pigeon in Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus, and Cat Jack the Thief in Pinocchio for which he received a Portland Area Musical Theatre Award for Outstanding Actor.

MADAME BERNADETTE Signe is delighted to mark her 20th year at NWCT with Cinderella. She has recently appeared in Mary Poppins (Ms. Andrew/Mrs. Correy), and Shrek (Dragon/Sugar Plum Fairy) with NWCT, Romeo and Juliet (Tybalt/Fight Choreographer) with Bag & Baggage, and Sordid Lives (Latrelle) with Fuse Theater. Outside of theatre, Signe is a sword fighter, a fiddle player, a sailor, a seamstress, and a teacher. She holds a BFA emphasis in Acting from Cornish College of the Arts.

Kimo is thrilled to return to NWCT after performing in the ensemble of Shrek. NWCT is delighted to welcome Ithica back to the stage, where she was last seen as the Duchess in Alice in Wonderland. A Portland theater favorite, Ithica was last seen as the Emcee in Under the Influence with Fuse, Mazeppa in Gypsy with Broadway Rose, and in the title role in Othello with Post5. “Special thanks to Isha for the Bug. NWCT is thrilled to have Ashley back onstage after her performances as Helen Keller in The Miracle Worker (1995) and Mary Lennox in The Secret Garden (1997). She more recently appeared as Eliza Doolittle in My Fair Lady at Mt. Baker Theater, and Fleur in Phantom at Stumptown Stages, and has worked with dozens of companies all over the Pacific Northwest. KING
Erik is excited to be back on the NWCT stage for its 25th anniversary season, especially since he’s been here since its very humble beginnings and has now appeared in over 50 productions. His most recent role was as Turtle in Snow White, and some of his other favorites have been Admiral Boom in Mary Poppins, Daddy Warbucks in Annie, Little John in Robin Hood, and Daniel Webster in The Devil and Daniel Webster. He has also performed with other Portland area theaters, this past summer as the crazed General in Visit to a Small Planet for the Lakewood Theater Co. He’s been a professional actor since he was a child himself, so as always, he dedicates this show to all the kids he’s watched grow up on this stage, many of whom he is proud to continue to work with to this day.
PATTY PRICE-YATES
QUEEN
Patty marks her fourth production with NWCT, with her first being the 2001 NWCT production of A Wrinkle In Time, followed by Our Town and NWCT’s second production of the beloved Disney musical Beauty And Thee Beast, in the role of Madame de la Grande Bouche. Patty has worked as an actor/singer in Portland at Broadway Rose, Lakewood Musical Theatre (Fiddler On The Roof, Bell, Book, and Candle, and The Secret Garden) and Stumptown Stages (Grease, The Reunion, and Jekyll And Hyde, The Musical. Patty’s favorite role is still Mama Vitale, Mother of the Bride in the long running, hugely successful Portland production of Tony N’ Tina’s Wedding. With four grown children Patty and husband Tom celebrated 40 years of marriage in January. She loves being a ‘Me Me’ to five grandchildren under age 7.

Crea is thrilled to make her Mainstage debut! A member of Studio NW, she has appeared on the Second Stage as Ugly in Honk, and as Horton in Seussical the Musical with Cathedral Park Music. A dancer, pianist, crafter, nature enthusiast, and cookie baker, she has also appeared as an extra on Portlandia.

Audrey is glad to be back for her third holiday show at NWCT after appearing in the Ensemble of The Wizard of Oz, and as Young Fiona/Shoe Maker’s Elf in Shrek. As a member of Studio NW, Audrey played Sir Gallahad in Spamalot and Bernard in Brave New World, and has trained in Comedia del Arte, viewpoints, stage combat, and music theory. She’d love to thank her parents and brother for
their love and support, as well as Amy Aronson, Dustin Brown, and Sarah Jane for all they’ve done to help her grow as both a performer and person.

This is Sam’s first Mainstage performance and he has enjoyed working with the cast and crew of this year’s Cinderella. He has been performing for the last ten years and trained with local theatre groups for the last five. Sam recently started his freshman year of highschool, and enjoys making YouTube videos, playing games, and singing.

Other performances include Fiona in Shrek Jr. at Gilkey Middle School, and Mrs. Smith in Mary Poppins at Sunset High School, where she’s in 10th grade. Besides acting, singing, and dancing, Isabelle enjoys skateboarding, drawing, reading, and writing. She thanks her grammy for her support.

Recently, Sarah Jane directed Mary Poppins which received 7 Drammy Awards including Best Director of a Musical, Best Choreographer, and Best Production of a Musical; and 6 Portland Area Musical Theater Awards including Outstanding Director and Outstanding Production. She also enjoyed directing the world premieres of The Starlings Present: Amelia Earhart’s First Flight, Sherlock Holmes, The Jungle Book, El Zorrito, Rapunzel Uncut, Snow White, Robin Hood, Pinocchio, Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus!, Alice in Wonderland, and Hansel and Gretel; as well as The Wizard of Oz, Elephant & Piggie’s “We’re in a Play”, James and the Giant Peach, Seussical (2005/2012), Willy Wonka, Go, Dog. Go!, Annie, Narnia (2010, 2004), Goodnight Moon, The Tragedy of Romeo & Juliet, Crazy for You, The Legend of
Sleepy Hollow and more. Other Portland work includes directing The Lesser Magoo for defunkt theatre (for which she received a Drammy) and The Secret Garden for Staged! As a 2017 recipient of the Theater for Young Audience’s Ann Shaw Fellowship, Sarah Jane traveled to Indonesia to study under Balinese shadow puppet master, I Made Sadia.
EZRA WEISS
BOOK, MUSIC, LYRICS Ezra Weiss has been active in theatre since he was 10 years old, and is thrilled to have NWCT commissioning Cinderella. He holds a Bachelors in Jazz Composition from the Oberlin Conservatory and a Masters in Jazz Piano from Queens College. He has recorded six albums as a bandleader, most recently Before You Know It [Live in Portland]. Ezra has led bands at major venues and festivals throughout the U.S., including several week-long engagements at Jazz
at Lincoln Center’s Dizzy’s Club CocaCola. He has won the ASCAP Young Jazz Composer Award three times, and has been listed in DownBeat Critics Polls in the Rising Star Arranger category. In addition to Cinderella, Ezra has written music and lyrics for two other children’s musicals: Alice in Wonderland and Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus! Cast recordings of Alice and Cinderella were each named one of the Top 10 Cast Albums of 2009 and 2013 respectively by TalkinBroadway.com. Ezra currently lives with his wife and two sons in Portland, where he teaches at Portland State University.

SCENIC & PROPERTIES DESIGN John is NWCT’s Associate Artistic Director, and his artistic stamp has been on every NWCT production since 2006. For NWCT, John has acted, devised, co-directed, taught classes, and designed and fabricated scenery, props, and puppets. Favorite productions include NWCT’s Starling series, for which John recently designed and fabricated 25 original puppets, and Mary Poppins, which was the recipient of 7 Drammy Awards including Outstanding Achievement in Properties Design; and 6 PAMTAs including Outstanding Set Designer. Other memorable productions include Elephant & Piggie, James and the Giant Peach (2013 Drammy recipient for Special Design), The BFG (2012 Drammy Award for Outstanding Mask Design), Busytown, Snow White, Pinocchio, The Wizard of Oz, Go, Dog. Go! and Disney’s Beauty and the Beast. John studied puppetry in the U.K. as a recipient of the Portland Civic Theatre Guild’s Leslie O. Fulton Fellowship.

Jake recently returned from working as the head audio engineer for the 80th anniversary season of the Tony Award winning outdoor drama The Lost Colony, on Roanoke Island in North Carolina. He has mixed shows at Portland Center Stage, The Newmark Theater, Reed College, and some of his work will be seen this year at Artist Repertory Theatre. He also works as a freelance engineer, and has recorded voiceover projects for OCAC, podcasting, commercials and much more. He holds a B.A. in Audio Engineering from NESCom in Bangor, Maine where he was born and raised. He is thrilled to be back in Portland for his 4th season at NWCT!

WIG DESIGN
Emie Otis is a native Portlander who has been practicing hair for over 15 years. She started out with photo shoots and moved on to film and tv where she worked on NBC’s Grimm, and TNT’s The Librarians as the key hairstylist. She designed her first feature film 3 years ago for Green Room starring Patrick Stuart, Anton Yelchin, and Imogen Poots. She just returned from London where she learned the age old art of wig making and has turned her passion to the stage.

In addition to stage LIGHTING DESIGN management (for which Michael is very pleased he has received multiple to be working with NWCT Drammy Awards) and coas Lighting Designer for directing NWCT’s Interns NW, Roger Cinderella. The former designs sets, lights, and properties for Technical Director of The Black Ensemble Main and Second Stage productions Theater in Chicago, Michael moved back and Playlabs. Previously his work was to Portland in 2015. He worked most seen in Sherlock Holmes, El Zorrito, recently with Artist Repertory Theater for Busytown, Rapunzel Uncut, The Hobbit An Octoroon, Third Rail for The Flick, (2009), The Tragedy of Romeo and and Northwest Children’s Theater for Juliet, Seussical, and The Magic Mrs. The Starlings Present: Amelia Earhart’s Piggle Wiggle (2002) for which he First Flight. Michael looks forward to received a Drammy in Scene Design. collaborating with the amazing NWCT Roger holds a B.S. in Theater Arts from creative team again in the future. Portland State University.
