Company Presentation 公司介紹
Our Missions 我們的使命 Coram Asia Co., Ltd. is a Taiwanese company, founded in January 2006, cooperated with the Italian company Coram S.p.A., to produce steering columns & hydraulic jacks for the Automotive Industry, with high level of quality and competitive prices. We are located in the industrial park of Nan-Kang in Nan-Tou City, not far away from the most important Taichung City. Our plant got the Certification for the Quality System according to ISO 9001:2000 in 2008 , and the Certification for ISO 9001:2008 in 2010.
Our Mission is to manufacture products of extraordinary safety, for industrial and special vehicles. Our aim is to be recognized in the world for the extraordinary safety and innovation of our products, therefore we keep always these values in the center of all our decisions. Our History 我們的歷史
The President of Coram Asia is a very experienced Taiwanese businessman, who can count on the skills of local employees. As part of Coram Group, Coram Asia benefits for the R&D, Process Engineering and Quality Systems by the collaboration and support of Coram S.p.A. The over 50 years experience of Coram S.p.A. is available for Coram Asia, when a new product is developed and localized in Taiwan. Frequent meetings and contacts between the 2 factories are insuring the continuous interchange of information, for the efficient and correct implementation of the procedures. In January 2006, the first plant has been started in Taichung City for the production of Hydraulic Jacks.

In January 2007, Coram Asia had been audited and approved by important Western Industries like Iveco (Fiat Group) and Caterpillar. In November 2007, Coram Asia moved its activities into a new plant in Nan-Tou City. In September 2008 , Coram Asia got the certification for ISO 9001:2000 In September 2010, Coram Asia moved its activities into a new plant, close to the previous one, to better shape its lean production line. ►

In September 2010 , Coram Asia got the certification for ISO 9001:2008 2006年01月 設廠於台中市，生產油壓千斤頂 2007年01月 通過重要的西方工業依維柯（菲亞特集團）和卡特彼勒的稽核，並獲得生產批准 2007年11月 遷廠至南投市 2008年09月 獲得質量系統 ISO 9001:2000 證書 2010年09月 遷廠至新廠房，與前廠房相離不遠，其具備了更加精益的生產線 2010年09月 獲得質量系統 ISO 9001:2008 證書

Coram Asia is available for all the necessary equipments and gauges to insure an adequate level of control for the parts received, manufactured and assembled. A system of identification of the parts is in place to insure also the traceability of the different batches of production. The people are trained and qualified before the assignment of new jobs. The production has a surface of about 3,400 sqm. Shared by the Warehouse and the following Departments : 廠房的生產空間約3400平方公尺，由倉庫及下列部門使用：
Welding / 焊接
Hydraulic Jacks Assembly Line / 千斤頂組裝線
In Coram Asia the main technologies are the welding and the assemblies, and all the machined components are sourced from local suppliers. Before starting the series production, all the processes, including those of the sub-suppliers, are audited, measured and approved.
Steering Columns Assembly Line / 轉向機柱組裝線
All the new parts are also tested by the customers and by Coram S.p.A. Engineering Teams, in order to avoid problems during the running production. Periodically audits and measurements are performed to confirm the constant results of all the processes. 高潤的主要技術是焊接和裝配，所有零件源自本地的供應商。 在開始批量生產之前，所有的程序，包含二級供應商，皆經過審核、測量和批准。 為了避免量產時發生問題，所有開發中的新部件也會經由客戶和義大利公司Coram S.p.A.的工程團隊來進行 測試。 我們定期的審核和測量部件，以確保部件的優良質量。

All the Engineering Specifications are provided by Coram S.p.A. for the characteristic of the products and for the process specifications and the quality controls. The products made in Taiwan are sold directly by Coram Asia to US, EU and Chinese customers. 我們製造的轉向柱主要提供以下車輛使用： ˙公路卡車 ˙施工設備（挖掘裝載機，輪式裝載機） ˙叉車 所有的工程規格、產品特性、工藝規範和質量控制，均由義大利Coram S.p.A.所提供。 我們所生產的產品，由台灣直接銷售到美國、歐盟和中國客戶。

In the facility of Coram Asia, we have an installed capacity of 200,000 jacks/year. The Jacks are designed in Italy and produced in Taiwan according to CE Specification and ISO Specifications. The actual production of Jacks covers the range from 3.5T till 15T, therefore, from the light vans to the big highway trucks and off highway trucks. 我們擁有一年20萬台以上的高質量油壓千斤頂生產能力。 所有的千斤頂皆為義大利Coram S.p.A.設計，台灣高潤生產製造，並符合CE和ISO規範。 千斤頂型號由3.5噸到15噸，因此我們能提供輕型客貨車、高速公路大卡車和非道路使用卡車所需求的 油壓千斤頂。
