MADE WITH PRECISION
Our products are unique, handmade, and crafted with precision. We specialize in manufacturing molded trays, coasters, chopping boards, birch veneer tabletops, pressed MDF items, and UVlacquered products. Our molded products are FSC® certified, ensuring sustainable and responsible sourcing. Additionally, we produce UV-lacquered coasters made from eucalyptus fiberboards.
Each of our products is composed of five to eight layers of birch veneer, depending on the size. The printing is performed on FSC®-certified paper, and the design is protected with a melamine-based coating, making the surface heat-resistant up to 120°C. Every material is meticulously assembled by hand and molded under high pressure and heat, a process that demands both precision and sensitivity.
The combination of our molding technique and the properties of wood veneer results in highly durable, eco-friendly, and dishwasher-safe products. However, for non-commercial use, we recommend hand washing to avoid visible wear from frequent dishwasher use. Under typical domestic conditions, our products have an indefinite lifespan.
All our products are manufactured in our factory in Nybro.

POSTERS
POSTERS IN EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY
We offer a comprehensive solution for those who want to create their own posters, whether you need small or large quantities. With us, you can order both printing and packaging. Your designs are printed with high-quality printers on FSC®-certified, Swedish-made Lessebo 240gram paper with a matte finish. Our advanced technology combined with the unique properties of the paper results in a poster with a genuine premium feel!
Formats: 30x40 cm, 40x50 cm, and 50x70 cm.
The poster is delivered packed in a sturdy cardboard tube with a tightly sealing plastic cap. Choose between black, white, or natural-colored tubes and black or white caps. Combine freely between the different options. A large label with an image of the design and information such as title and size is affixed to the tube. The label can be customized with your own layout or according to a standard template.

Choose the colour of the tube and lid.
If you operate an e-commerce business and need to send posters individually, PostNord requires a belt around each tube for secure shipment. For your convenience, you can order these belts directly from us.

DESIGN GUIDELINES
Use the provided template to accurately fit your design onto the chosen product. The outer line indicates the area that the image needs to cover for complete coverage. The center line marks the edge of the finished tray, while the dashed black line represents where the flat bottom surface of the tray ends and the edge begins to curve upward.
Please submit the final print design to us either without the template or with the template included as a separate layer.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If your design should cover the entire surface of the tray, please provide an extra 1.5 cm margin around the entire image. This ensures the design extends fully to the edge of the tray. For serving boards and coasters, a 1 cm margin is sufficient. Contact us for templates to test different placements and cuts of your design.
Please send the final print design without a template, ensuring it meets the desired specifications. If color adjustments are needed, provide PMS codes from the Pantone Coated scale or a physical color reference that shows the final result you wish to achieve, such as a poster or fabric sample.
Please note that accurate color reproduction may not be possible due to material differences between the color reference and the tray's surface layer. Additionally, metallic colors cannot be applied to our products.
We allow for a permissible displacement of approximately +/- 5 mm for the motif, as all materials are assembled by hand and may shift during the pressing process.

The backside of the tray is available in either white or birch decor. For an additional cost of 5 SEK per product, you can add a customized logo or small text.
If you choose to include Åry Tray’s logo or text alongside your own, there is no additional charge for the custom logo. Please refer to the images below to see our various text and logo options, which you can combine with your own design.
Please note that for birch backs, the placement of logos and text may vary from tray to tray, as these are printed as labels and applied freehand.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
TRAYS, COASTERS AND SANDWICH TRAYS
Our trays, coasters, and sandwich trays are crafted from multiple layers of FSC®-certified birch veneer, meticulously assembled by hand. They are then pressed under high pressure and heat, ensuring durability and heat resistance with a melamine-based coating protecting the motif. While dishwasher safe, hand washing prolongs the surface's lifespan.
SERVING BOARDS AND TRIVETS
Choose from our range of standard models or customize your own mold (contact us for a quote). Minor adjustments to the hole size on serving boards can be made at no extra cost. Standard hole size is 7 mm but can be enlarged or eliminated entirely. These versatile products, made from FSC®-certified MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard), have a matte surface finish. They rinse quickly and should not be soaked, with heat resistance up to approximately 120°C.

Our tray stand is a collapsible metal design available in matte black or grey chrome finish, tailored for 49 cm and 65 cm trays. No assembly is required, and it is intended for indoor use only. Proudly made in Sweden for lasting quality.

Protecting the environment and carefully managing natural resources is a matter of course for us. This is why we support FSC®’s work for sustainable forestry. Of the wood products produced in our factory, around 95% are made from raw materials from FSC®-certified suppliers.FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council®) is an independent, international member organisation that works for responsible forestry with regard to both the environment and people. A global standard regulates the handling of the raw material in terms of harvesting, protection of animal and plant life in the area and working conditions. The high requirements that must be fulfilled in each area ensure that the forest is managed in a sustainable way so that it can be utilised by future generations.

By incorporating the FSC® label containing our licence number on your product, you can easily and clearly demonstrate your commitment to the environment. The label guarantees that the raw material used for the finished product is traceable and comes from certified suppliers. GENERAL CONDITIONS
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Prepayment, 30 days net, or according to agreement. The invoice is sent via e-mail, unless otherwise agreed.
SAMPLE
A physical sample can be produced at a cost according to our price list. When producing samples, we include minor adjustments for a good final result. Enter PMS codes from the Pantone Coated scale or send a physical colour reference for example, paper print or a fabric sample. Please note that exact colour reproduction is not possible due to material limitations. For original adjustments in addition to this is charged per hour.
A physically approved sample ensures your experience of the product. Shipping is added for samples, see our price list.
ORDER QUANTITIES
Minimum numbers are indicated below each size/product in the price list.
We reserve the right to over or under deliver by a maximum of 10% on orders up to 300 pieces and a maximum of 5% on orders over 300 pieces of the same motif and size. It is the delivered number that is charged.
DELIVERY
Free carrier (FCA) our warehouse Nybro. The shipping is charged to the customer.
In case of the goods are damaged when it arrives ask the driver to note it on the consignment note and report the transport damage to your carrier. Attach a photo of the damaged parcel and save the packaging.
DELIVERYTIME
The lead time is normally about 3-4 weeks after approved order confirmation.
PATTERN PROTECTION
In the event of any infringement of design protection, Åry Trays disclaims all responsibility. It is always the customer’s responsibility that you have the right to use the material which is sent to Åry Trays.
The customer is also responsible for all possible costs incurred by Åry Trays in the context of a possible dispute.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Application
These provisions apply unless the supplier and the customer have agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Prices
Åry AB is only bound by written quotations and offers order confirmations. Exchange rate change, change in raw material costs as well as changes in customs duties, commodity taxes or other public charges that result in increasing costs for Åry AB’s fulfilment, entitles Åry AB to increase agreed price. All prices, excluding VAT and shipping.
3. Payment terms and interest on late payments
Prepayment, 30 days net, or according to agreement. Normal credit assessment. Interest on arrears will be charged for late payment according to Swedish interest law, and a reminder fee.
4. Delivery
The indicated delivery time runs from the date when digital proofing and possibly colour samples and order confirmation is authorised by the customer. The confirmed delivery time refers to the time of delivery from the Åry AB warehouse. Delayed delivery entitles you to make a complaint only if a specific agreement has been reached in writing. Delivery time is normally 3-4 weeks from approved order.
5. Over- and under-delivery
Over/under delivery according to factory standards (Åry AB manufactures products from natural materials). The quantity delivered is charged according to following: 300 pcs ± 10%, over 300 pcs ± 5%, of the same motif and size.
6. Shipping conditions and transport damage
Free carrier (FCA) our warehouse Nybro. The shipping is charged to the customer.
In case of he goods are damaged when the arrives, ask the driver to note it on the consignment note. and report the transport damage to the shipping company.
Attach a photo of the damaged parcel and save it. packaging. Concealed transport damage must be reported within seven days. See procedure below:
1. If the packaging is damaged, this must be notified directly to the driver before signing. The display should glow red when you sign.
2. The packaging is retained as evidence of how the damage was caused emerged.
3. Contact the carrier with your complaint (indicate the consignment note number).
4. Complaints must be communicated in writing within seven days to Åry AB.
5. Please take pictures of the products you complaints and send them to us as a first step. assessment basis. Unless the complaint of transport damage occurs upon receipt of the goods the transport damage cannot be settled later.

7. Design protection
It is the customer’s ultimate responsibility to ensure that you have the right to the designs sent to Åry AB to be applied to the products. Åry AB disclaims all liability in the event of possible infringements relating to design or design protection. The customer is also responsible for the costs that may arise for Åry AB in connection with a possible dispute.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
8. Raw materials and tools
Birch veneer and MDF are purely natural materials. Therefore, some variation in the thickness of the product can occur.
The press tools are periodically maintained and cleaned. This means that variations in lustre and texture may differ at a repeater order. The paper abundance comes, when it adapts to corners, to leave more or less visible lines behind the folding of the paper. This is not objectionable and something that always happens in Åry AB production.
9. Digital
Minor colour deviations do not constitute a defect in the product. This also applies to colour deviations compared to previous assignments digitally printed by Åry AB. Between different batches of our paper and varnish, some variable in colour may occur. Colour variables can also occur when changing printers. The customer will be informed when this happens. If the customer then wants a new color sample, we will charge the customer for the cost.

If the customer orders a sample, it is sent as agreed before the start of production. If the customer accepts the proof and order confirmation without the order being preceded by a physical sample, the product cannot claim for print reproduction afterwards.
Small dots and irregularities may occasionally appear on the paper and coating as the prints and the varnish is made on uncoated paper. All according to given factory standards from our suppliers.
Åry AB cannot fully guarantee the final product without these discrepancies. The products are made by hand whereby some adjustment (± 5mm) of the subject is normal, all according to factory standards. Backside supplements are included together with the text in co-operation with Åry AB or similar. The quoted price is calculated based on the fact that we are mentioned in some way on the product. If you choose to remove this there will be an additional charge.
10. Submitted material - fabric only
Customer is responsible for ensuring that fabric is cut to exact production dimensions.
Raw fibres and lint from fabrics are more visible when pressed into the products. Dark spots and other defects in the fabric or in the surface of the fabric may appear. This cannot be seen before pressing. If the fabric is manufactured unevenly, colour variations may occur. Thick fabrics are not recommended.
Some part is lost in production due to processing of natural materials, submitted materials will not be replaced. Centring for fabric may vary more depending on fabric quality and how the original is cut (not claimable when customer is responsible for SERVING). The products are made by hand and some adjustment (± 5mm) of the motif is normal, all according to factory standards.
No right of complaint applies to production with fabric. Trays with pressed fabric are not dishwasher safe.
11.
Claims
The customer is informed and aware of the fact that submitted materials may differ to some extent from the delivered products. The customer is therefore requested to always request a digital proof and sample to ensure that ensure that products comply with customer expectations.
The customer is responsible for recognising any discrepancies in proofs and/or samples before order confirmation is approved and production of the products starts. By authorising confirmation of the order, the responsibility shifts to the customer, in that the including responsibility for the choice of product, fonts, spelling, colours, product specification, location of labelling. Åry AB disclaims all liability for discrepancies and shortcomings that the customer could have noted when checking proofs, samples, etc. and order confirmation. For complaints about faulty products see procedure below:
1 . Complaining about the product if the customer is not satisfied must be sent to us within 10 days of the invoice date to the responsible seller.
2. Document and send photographs digitally via e-mail.

3. Objections to an invoice are made within 10 days of the invoice date to the responsible seller.
4. We cover the return shipping costs provided that the complaint is approved. No returns can be made to us without agreement.
5. In the event of an unauthorised complaint, the customer will be charged freight.
12. Guarantee policy
12 months warranty from date of purchase applies to all Åry AB products. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects that result in the product not being suitable for use be used as promised. How the products are replaced is specifically based on the situation of these products. In cases where our products do not perform as expected within the warranty period, we will replace them with new products of the same design, or refund the cost of the products. Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, mismanagement or wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.
13. Customer solvency
If the customer has been declared bankrupt, entered into composition, cancelled their payments or are, in Åry AB’s judgement, on the such an insolvency that the purchase price cannot be fairly determined. be paid to Åry AB, Åry AB is entitled to withhold delivery, until a satisfactory security is provided. Unless such security is provided within a reasonable time after being requested to do so from Åry AB. Åry AB is entitled to cancel the agreement. for the unpaid portion of the products.
14. Retention of title
Åry AB reserves the right of ownership of goods soldmaiuntil they are paid in full by the customer. Until property rights have been transferred to the customer, the latter undertakes to take good care of the product and not to use it without authorisation from Åry AB make any changes to the product or, if the product is intended to be part of the customer’s inventory, transfer the product himself. The customer also undertakes to keep the product insured during this period against fire, theft and the like.
Contract’s fulfilment is substantially prevented for longer than three months because of certain abovementioned circumstance, Åry AB is entitled without liability to pay compensation, withdraw from the contract in writing.
15. Force Majeure
If Åry AB is prevented from fulfilling this agreement of circumstances beyond Åry AB’s control that Åry AB could not reasonably be expected to calculate when the agreement was concluded and the consequences of which Åry AB also could not have reasonably avoided or overcome or subcontracted by Åry AB prevented from fulfilling its delivery due to circumstances set out here, this constitute grounds for exemption leading to postponement of time of performance and exemption from penalty. This applies regardless of whether the cause of the delay occurs before or after agreed delivery date.
Åry AB shall be exempt from damages and other penalties for non-compliance of the contract is prevented or hindered by any reason. circumstances such as war, government intervention, unrest, restrictions on electricity supply, labour market disturbances, bans, restrictions, absence of authorisations, accidents, unfavourable conditions, etc. transport or weather conditions, internet operational disruptions and hacker attacks. If the fulfillment of the agreement is substantially prevented for more than three months due to a certain circumstance stated above, Åry AB is entitled to withdraw from the agreement in writing without compensation.
16. Limitation of liability
Åry AB’s liability for damages, if any. under this Agreement, is in all circumstances limited to direct damage and restricted to a a maximum amount equivalent to 10% of the amount sold the purchase price of the product.
17. Disputes
Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement or of anything arising therefrom. Legal relationships shall be settled by arbitrators under Swedish law. The arbitration shall take place takes place at the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce and the voting rules of the Code of Judicial Procedure shall in that connection be applicable. However, Åry AB is entitled to obtain payment of the overdue debt bring an action before a court. The enforcement authority in the customer’s place of residence.
CRAFTSMANSHIP SINCE 1952
Since 1952, we have proudly maintained the tradition of Småland craftsmanship. Every product in our factory is meticulously handmade, showcasing skilled artistry from start to finish.
We use birch veneer, a material renowned for its fantastic properties, to craft our trays, coasters, and cutting boards. In addition, we incorporate MDF and eucalyptus wood into certain products, all sourced from FSC®-certified forests.
Our designs are printed using high-quality inkjet printers on FSC®-certified paper from the Lessebo paper mill, located just 40 kilometers from our factory. To ensure durability, each design is protected by a melamine-based coating that makes the surface heat resistant up to 130°C.
All materials are carefully assembled by hand before being molded under high pressure and heat, a process that demands precision and a keen eye for detail. This craftsmanship takes place entirely in our own factory in Nybro, Småland.
The combination of our molding technique and the unique properties of birch veneer results in products that are exceptionally durable, environmentally friendly, and dishwasher safe.
