It is funded in part by the generous donations from individuals and corporations. To become a Greenway member, donate or volunteer, please visit ASCGreenway.org
LOW ROPES CHALLENGE COURSE:
Challenge your team and build camaraderie on the Greenway’s low ropes course. The low ropes course consists of nine elements designed to build confidence, enhance teamwork, strengthen communication, and stimulate problem-solving skills for group participants. The course is never more than two feet from the ground so participants never need a harness or belay. Participants are led through the course by trained facilitators.
Course elements will be selected by the facilitator depending on the group, time, degree of complexity, and/or outcome(s) desired from the exercise. Facilitators will work within your agreed upon timeframe to complete as many of the elements as possible. Completion of the elements varies depending on individual skill sets, fitness level, group dynamics, weather, and other factors.
ON THE GROUND TEAM BUILDING:
On-the-Ground Team Building initiatives are a great way to introduce teammates to each other and develop skills that lead to better cooperative outcomes. During these activities, participants stay on the ground (no cables, ropes, or balancing) to solve puzzles and work through challenges as a group. For groups with limited fitness/mobility or that work remotely, this can be a great way to meet in-person and work on:
On the Ground Teambuilding initiatives can be used to compliment our low ropes challenge course or as a standalone activity.
