1 Grease a 23cm round springform tin and line the base with baking paper. 2 Mix the melted spread with the digestive crumbs. Tip into the tin and press down to create a base. Chill in the fridge for 1 hr or until set. 3 Beat the soft cheese and icing sugar with a hand mixer until smooth, then beat in the cream until thickened. 4 Spoon into the tin, smooth the top, then chill for at least 4 hrs or preferably overnight. 5 To serve, unclip the tin and carefully transfer the cheesecake to a platter.

1 Preheat the oven to 190C/170C Fan/Gas 5. Grease and line a 20cm square baking tin and a baking tray with baking paper. 2 Melt the spread and 150g of the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water, stirring. Or do this in short bursts in a microwave. Set aside to cool slightly. 3 Whisk the sugar into the melted chocolate until combined. Whisk in the eggs one by one, followed by the flour and baking powder. 4 Gently fold in the remaining white chocolate and 70g of the Maltesers with the zest and juice of 1 orange. Pour the mixture into the tin. 5 Bake for 40-45 mins or until firm but still with a slight wobble. After 20 mins, arrange the orange slices on the baking tray and put in the oven, turning over after 10 mins. Remove from the oven. 6 Arrange the orange slices and Malteser bunnies on top of the blondie; scatter over the remaining Maltesers. 7 Cool in the tin for at least 20 mins then transfer to a wire rack until cold. Cut into 16 to serve. Energy

Draw an oval shape 10cm long on yellow card or paper and cut out for the chick’s body. Glue onto a coloured paper plate. Decorate with feathers, wiggly eyes or anything in the craft box to create a cute chick. Draw a zigzag across the middle of another paper plate and cut along the line to create two halves of a cracked ‘shell’. Position the two halves on top of the chick plate, overlapping slightly on one side. Use a paper fastener to connect the halves to the chick plate on that side, so you can open the ‘shell’ to reveal the chick.
