necessary information to become a personal license holder in England and Wales. The course will discuss the Licensing Act of 2003, the sale and supply of alcohol, the protection of children from harm, legal responsibilities, and the need for personal licenses and premises licenses.
Entry Requirements There are no formal entry requirements; this qualification is open to all learners who are preparing to work, or who already work, in licensed retail, who seek employment or self-employment supervising premises with Premises Licenses that authorise the sale or supply of alcohol, and other licensable activities.
