FIRST TEAM UPDATE Hello all and welcome back to the NFU. Due to the recent weather and fixture clashes, this is our first game since the visit of Wednesfield back on the 5th. That game saw us chalk up our fourth straight win and kept us in the play of places. The result was fairly comfortable and I thought we were in control of the game throughout. We have improved defensively in recent weeks which pleases me and the signing of a centre half and now a goalkeeper will certainly provide competition for places. Something that I hope will ensure we push hard for one of those playoff places. Today's visit from Bridgnorth provides another different challenge. The 2-2 draw 'over there' was a fair result and we expect the same competitiveness today. They recently drew with table toppers Atherstone so another win today would show us how much we have improved since then.

Hopefully today isn't a wind affected game for a change! Finally, I hope to speak with some of you personally in the near future and until then please give us your continued support and of course, enjoy the game. Regards, Andy Gray
