LAMONI YAZZIE I Western Regional Operations Manager Mr. Yazzie has over 15 years experience in the construction industry, working on federal contracting, private and commercial development including extensive work with Native American Communities throughout the US. Mr. Yazzie brings a unique experience having worked for several Tribal governments successfully providing oversite and leadership of various complex multi-million-dollar construction developments. SHANE EDMONDSON I Pre-Construction Manager As Pre-construction Manager, Shane is responsible for providing estimates, project schedules, constructability reviews, preparing bid packages and finalizing the GMP. Shane’s role will be assisting clients by providing cost evaluation throughout the entire design process and lead the pre-construction efforts for the Arrowhead project team ensuring that they are set up for success before the project breaks ground.
