from the European Commission, Ireland will have an impressive growth rate of 4.6 per cent compared to the EU average of 1.3 per cent. This coincides with the Irish unemployment rate falling to a five-year low of 11 per cent, so it seems there are plenty of reasons to be optimistic for the year ahead. The most important thing for clients and candidates is that we are involved in the business daily so we can make decisions instantly,” says Niall “Sometimes we do have differences of opinion alright,” laughs Declan, “but the business always comes out stronger for it, which is the key.” Niall adds, “the demand for IT talent is going to increase and we are well placed to take advantage.
