The event is open to all sister chapters, and JCI Manila invites everyone to come and celebrate the power and beauty of women. The event will feature a panel of esteemed speakers who have made a significant impact in their respective fields. These pioneers and innovators have broken barriers and paved the way for the next generation of women leaders.

On March 14, JCI Manila hosted its annual Draft Night GMM at House Manila and The Platform events place at Newport, Pasay. The event was brought to the members by Business & Local Organization Management, Membership Development, and Membership Benefits, highlighting the importance of fostering healthy competition and camaraderie between JCI Manila brothers.

Competitions such as sports and e-sports are key drivers of any membership-driven organization such as JCI Manila. The organization has two large leagues, namely Mobile Legends (ML) and Basketball, where members can showcase their skills and passion for sports.

During the Draft Night GMM, JCI Manila aimed to maintain the credibility and legitimacy of the draft, ensuring that the overall objective of the leagues is supported, and teamwork is encouraged. The event was a platform for members to meet their teammates and strategize for the upcoming season.

The draft process was carefully planned to ensure that each team has a fair chance to select their players. Members were assigned based on their performance during the rookie session and past seasons. Team owners and managers were given the opportunity to pick their players based on a predetermined order. This ensured that all teams had equal opportunities to select the best players.

The event was not only about selecting players but also an opportunity to build trust and teamwork among members. Members were encouraged to work together and support each other throughout the season, ensuring that the league's objectives were met.
