Since the hotel’s opening in 2004, we have strived to offer the finest accommodations and services in the area. Once again we are humbled to be honored with the 2024 Best of the Valley Award for Best Hotel, a distinction we have received for the past 13 years.
I encourage you to explore the downtown area as well as the entire Fox Cities. There are so many wonderful places to visit locally and in the rural countryside. Our Receptionists are always available to give their personal expertise or answer any questions you may have.

CREDIT CARD / DEBIT CARD USE
On arrival to the hotel, the CopperLeaf Hotel requires a credit card that matches the valid government ID presented at check-in. We will pre-authorize your credit card for 150% of your total charges for your stay. Ancillary charges may include the following: in-room refreshment center, parking fees, pet fees, RYE Restaurant/RYE Tavern charges, or Spa BenMarcNicos charges. The pre-authorization will hold the funds until check-out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged.
Typically, unused authorizations will be seen back on your account within three to seven business days. While the CopperLeaf Hotel + Spa releases unused authorizations at the time of departure, every bank and card brand will differ in the time of when these authorizations are reflected back in your account and become usable again. Please be advised that debit cards and international cards will take longer to release funds, and we strongly encourage the use of credit cards as these tend to be the quickest to return any holds. The CopperLeaf Hotel + Spa will not be held responsible for any resulting fees, service charges, or overdraft charges incurred as a result of the authorization.

The hotel and its associates reserve the right to enter your guestroom or suite for any purpose including, but not limited to, performing maintenance and repairs, housekeeping services, emergency situations and checking on the safety and security of guests and property. Regardless of door signage, an associate of the hotel will be required to enter the guestroom or suite at least every other day, even if housekeeping services are not requested/required. All associates will knock and identify themselves before entering a guestroom or suite.
Same day service is available Monday-Friday. Items need to be delivered to the Reception Desk by 8:30am. Items will be delivered back to your guestroom or suite by 5:00pm. No service on weekends or holidays.

Daily Housekeeping services will not be provided unless specifically requested. You may request service any day between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm. If requested, we request that you leave your guestroom during servicing. For our long-term guests, rooms will be serviced every third day.

The City of Appleton requires all automobiles to be off the streets on the overnight. Behind the hotel is a city-owned parking structure that we request our guests to park in.
Rates for parking are posted at the entrances/exits and kiosks.
For guests that will be using the parking structure multiple times, the Reception Desk can scan your parking ticket and charge your guestroom account a daily unlimited fee.
Dogs only.
Well-behaved and quiet dogs are always welcome at the CopperLeaf Hotel + Spa. Only select accommodations/rooms are pet friendly. It is always advantageous to reserve these pet friendly guestrooms far in advance to avoid unnecessary interruptions in your travels. Weight restrictions apply.

Quiet hours at the CopperLeaf Hotel + Spa are from 10:00pm until 8:00am daily. We ask all our guests to be respective of our quiet hours to ensure all our guests can get a good night’s rest.
During quiet hours, we ask that there is no gathering in the guest corridors, shouting in common areas, loud music being played in the guestrooms, or anything else that could be disruptive to our other guests.
Locally sourced items are available for purchase. Items will be inventoried every third day or after departure and a separate charge will appear on your hotel statement.
