Crawdaddy Cove, our indoor waterpark, is open Friday 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Children under the age of 14 years cannot be left unattended. Hot tub age restrictions subject to change.
WRISTBANDS FOR WATERPARK: Wristbands are required for entry to the waterpark and are distributed at the Front Desk at checkin. Everyone is required to have a wristband to enter the waterpark. If you remove your wristband, you must return the old band to the Front Desk to be issued an exchange band. NO ADDITIONAL WRISTBANDS ARE SOLD ON FRIDAYS OR SATURDAYS.

WIMMING AREA & POOL RULES
• The pool area is for Registered Guests Only.
• Do not enter the pool if you have possible infections, open cuts or communicable diseases.
• Shower before entering the pool or after using the toilet facilities.
• Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
• All guests must wear a wristband when using the pool area. Any guest not wearing a wristband will be asked to leave the pool area.
• If wristbands are lost or stolen, there will be a $20 replacement charge per wristband.
• No running or rough play.
• No carry-in food, tobacco, animals or glassware in pool area.
• Pool towels are available in the pool area; please do not use towels from your room.
• Management reserves the right to deny the use of the pool to anyone at any time.
• Please leave pool towels in the pool area.
• Hot tub policy of 14 and over enforced as occupancy dictates.


OOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
We will try to keep your group of rooms together; however, due to the layout of the hotel and arrival and departure patterns of other guests, we do not guarantee this.
These guidelines are designed to ensure that all of our guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m. This includes in-room parties and gatherings.
We have found that a 10:00 p.m. curfew for children under the age of 18 is very helpful for their safety and for the appropriate operation of the hotel. Please help us to enforce this curfew. Rooms or guests that are reported to be creating disturbances will receive one warning. Further disturbances will result in eviction from the property.
We ask that all sporting equipment be kept in your hotel room. For the safety of our hotel guests, children should not play with their sporting equipment in the hallways, lobby area or stairwells.
Children must be supervised by an adult in all areas of the hotel, including the pool area; also, children are not allowed in the exercise room unattended.
The group or its members may be held liable for any damages to hotel property.

Kidsuites
The Kidsuites will delight both parents and kids! A separate alcove with bunk beds secures your mateys for the night. Each room is equipped with two TVs for your entertainment. Shipboard lanterns and porthole mirrors add to the adventure!

IRE & WATER SAFETY
Like all buildings, hotels can have fires. Plan what to do when you check-in. You won’t have time to plan during a fire.
First, find the two exits nearest your room. Be sure they are unlocked and unblocked. Then, count the doors between your room and the exits so you’ll have a reference point if it’s smoky.
When you hear an alarm, act, don’t investigate. If fire is in your room, get out and close the door. Once out, report the fire.
If fire is not in your room, leave if you can. First, feel your door. If it’s cool, open it slowly and go to the nearest exit. Crawl in smoke. Fresh air will be at the floor. Take your key so you can go back if you can’t use your exits.
Never use elevators during a fire. They could stop at the fire floor.
If your room door is hot, don’t open it. Your room may be the safest place to be. Seal all cracks with wet towels. Shut off fans and air conditioners. Signal at your window. Call the fire department and wait to be rescued.
Pools and waterparks are great for all-season fun. But they can also create a challenge for small children and inexperienced swimmers.
• Keep a close eye on your child(ren) at all times. When you’re having so much fun, it’s easy to get distracted—don’t lose sight of your child(ren).
• Lifeguards and staff are stationed at water areas for general observation. Don’t let your guard down just because they are there.
• Small children and inexperienced swimmers should wear Coast Guard approved life vests.
• Get into the water with your kids. It doesn’t just look fun…it is fun!

We hope that these procedures will contribute to your comfort and well-being during your stay at our hotel. These options are to be construed only as suggestions. Use your judgment when dealing with any emergency situation.

ECURITY PROCEDURES
The safety and the security of your personal property are of the utmost concern to us. We urge you to take advantage of the following suggestions.
SAFE-DEPOSIT BOXES
DO NOT LEAVE MONEY OR VALUABLES UNSECURED IN YOUR ROOM. In-room safes are available for your use. Under state law, the hotel is not responsible for loss unless articles have been secured properly.
DOUBLE LOCKS AND CHAINS
For additional security, utilize the deadbolt lock provided on your door upon entering. This will prevent the door from being opened by a regular room key. As an additional precaution, please secure the safety latch.
ADMITTANCE
Do not admit persons to your room without first making identification. A viewer is provided in the door for your convenience. If there is any doubt about the person’s identity, please contact the Front Desk.
KEYS
Safeguard your key. Do not give your key to others. Keep away from phones, credit cards and other magnetic items to prevent deactivation. Leave keys in room for express departure option.
