COFFEE AND TEA SERVICE: Complimentary coffee, tea and breakfast pastries for our hotel guests. This service is served from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. daily in The Bake Shoppe. The Bake Shoppe is located on the ground floor of the Publick House near the Tavern. We also offer complimentary coffee, tea and cocoa in the lobby of Chamberlain and Tillyer House for all of our guests.

CREDIT CARDS: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Diners Club and Visa. If you provide a debit card to hold your room, the card will be authorized upon check-in unless another form of payment is given. The amount authorized will be held on your card until your financial institution releases the authorization, which may take up to 7-10 business days.

ENERGY SAVINGS: Chamberlain House and Tillyer House are equipped with a master switch due to energy building code – if the black switch is in the off position, all lights in the room will be turned off.

FITNESS ROOM: Our fitness room is located in the lower level of the Tillyer House. Available to all in house guests 24 hours a day: Treadmill, row machine, free weights, elliptical, stretching mats. Room key works to enter room if staying in Main

Inn, Chamberlain House or Tillyer House – if staying at Country Motor Lodge a key can be picked up at the Front Desk.

FORGET SOMETHING?: As a courtesy to our guests, we offer the following items at the Front Desk: toothpaste, toothbrush, razors, shaving cream, sewing kits and sanitary items. Call or stop by the Front Desk ............................................................ Dial 300

HOUSEKEEPING: At this time, we do not offer housekeeping service. Housekeepers will not enter your room during your stay. If you need additional supplies, towels, etc., please call the Front Desk at 300 and we will arrange delivery of these items. You may also stop by the Front Desk to pick up any supplies in person as well .................................. Dial 300

ICE MACHINES: Publick House guests, please call or stop by the Front Desk. An ice machine is located in Chamberlain House on the first floor in the vending area across from the main entrance. Tillyer House ice machine is located on lower level near the elevator landing. At the Country Motor Lodge, ice machines are located on the first floor of building 1 (between 104 and 105) and building 3 (between 136 and 137).

IN ROOM SAFE: All rooms in Tillyer House and Chamberlain House have an in-room safe located in either the closet or refrigerator cabinet.

INTERNET ACCESS: All rooms have complimentary wireless internet access. We offer use of a computer for printing boarding passes at Front Desk. IRON AND IRONING BOARD: Irons and ironing boards are located in guest rooms.

LOST AND FOUND: While we are not responsible for items left behind, if you believe you have lost something, please contact the Front Desk to check the lost and found log Dial 300

MAPS: Information and maps of Sturbridge and the surrounding area are available at the Front Desk in the Publick House or the entrance to the Bake Shoppe.
