POOL: The pool is located at the Country Motor Lodge between buildings 1 and 3 looking over the Orchard. The pool is available to guests June through August and is open Thursdays through Tuesdays 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Wednesdays 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. REFRIGERATOR: All rooms in Tillyer House, Chamberlain House and suites in the Main Inn have a small refrigerator located in either the closet or cabinet. For all standard Publick House rooms and Country Lodge rooms there is a charge for a mini refrigerator. Please call the Front Desk if you would like a mini refrigerator Dial 300

THE BAKE SHOPPE - A real 18th century bakery where irresistible things come out of our Yankee ovens. You’ll enjoy our homemade desserts, breads, muffins and our famous sweet rolls as well as colonial gifts and memorabilia.

EBENEZER’S TAVERN - As Sturbridge’s coziest spot for lunch and dinner, we offer a lighter fare. Stop by our tavern for an appetizer, dinner, dessert or drink by the fire.

THE TAP ROOM - Dine on traditional New England fare, such as roast prime rib of beef, pot roast and turkey dinners.

SECURITY: Please do not use the deadbolt or security latch to hold your room door open, as this results in damage to the lock and door frame. Please use your security latch or deadbolt whenever you are in your room. Confirm the identity of individuals seeking to enter your room by looking through the peephole. For your safety, verify anyone claiming to be a member of hotel staff such as maintenance by calling the Front Desk............ Dial 300

SMOKING: Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes is only permitted in designated areas outside on the property. Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes is not permitted in any public areas of the Main Inn, Chamberlain House, Tillyer House as well as ALL overnight guest rooms on property. No open flame or incense of any kind is permitted in any rooms. Smoking or burning of any materials in any overnight room will result in a charge of $250.

SODA MACHINES: A soda machine is located in Chamberlain House on the first floor in the vending area across from the main entrance. Tillyer House soda machine is located on lower level near the elevator landing. At the Country Motor Lodge, soda machines are located on the first floor of building 1 (between 104 and 105) and building 2 (between 120 and 121). Beverages are also available for purchase in the Bake Shoppe.

SPA: Simple Indulgence Day Spa is located in the lower level of the Tillyer House. Services include massage, hair and skin care, nail services, hair styles, makeup applications, wedding preparations and much more. Available by appointment seven days a week. Tipping And Gratuities

GUIDELINES: Sometimes our guests ask about local customs regarding gratuities. This is meant only as a guide. Restaurants/Wait Staff: 15–20% of the total check. Tips usually are not included, so examine your check carefully. Maid Service: $2 per night if you feel your room was well kept.
