ARCADE: Located on the first floor, across from the Waterpark. Virtual player cards and self-redemption machines. Hours are from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

ATM: Located in the arcade area.

AUTOMOBILE RENTAL: Automobile rental companies may be found in the yellow pages or see the Front Desk for assistance.

BANQUET & CONFERENCE FACILITIES:

Our conference center staff is at your service for banquet functions, meetings, weddings, receptions and other special occasions. Offices are located at the Front Desk.

BICYCLE RACKS: Racks are located at various locations in our parking lot. We ask that you refrain from bringing your bicycles into your suite unless you notify the Resort Manager ahead of time. We do recommend you lock your bicycles.

BREAKFAST: Free deluxe continental breakfast for hotel guests is available from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. daily in Lobby. Proper guest attire and shoes required.

BUSINESS CENTER: Computer with high-speed internet access and printing available. The Business Center is located next to the Main Entrance.

CABLE LISTING: A channel line-up card is located on your television and an on-screen menu is on your TV.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-In time is 4 p.m. Check-Out time is 11 a.m. Express check-out is available. If you need to stay later, please check with the Front Desk and we will do our best to accommodate you. Additional charges will apply as follows: After 12 Noon 1/2 day rate. After 2 p.m. full day rate.

COFFEE SHOP: Located in our Gift Shop. Open daily. Proudly brewing your favorite Starbucks Coffee beverages.

COPY SERVICES: Available for a nominal charge at the Front Desk.

CREDIT CARDS: We honor American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.

CRIBS (PACK ‘N PLAY): Available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a nominal charge for cribs.

“DO NOT DISTURB” POLICY: Our Housekeeping staff is instructed not to enter a room with a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. If you want your room serviced, please be sure to remove the sign from your door before you leave your room.

EXERCISE FACILITIES: Our fitness center is open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. The exercise facility is for guests 17 years of age and older. Located on the main level. Sign out a key at the Front Desk.

FAX SERVICES: Available for a nominal charge at the Front Desk. You may have your faxes sent to the hotel at 715-358-4010. For information see the Front Desk.

FORGET SOMETHING?: Sundries are available for sale at the Gift Shop or Front Desk (after hours).

GIFT CERTIFICATES: Waters gift certificates are the perfect gift for any occasion and can be used in our Gift Shop as well as for lodging and Waterpark. Contact the Front Desk for further details.

GIFT SHOP: Our Gift Shop is located off the Lobby. We offer sundries, non-prescription medication, clothing and gift items. After hours, contact Guest Services.

GUEST ATTIRE: Throughout the Lobby area, public areas and pub, it is requested that proper attire be worn. If you are coming or going to the Waterpark, shirts for men and cover-ups for women are required. Please, no wet suits in the Lobby or fitness room. For your protection, shoes or foot apparel must be worn at all times except when in the Waterpark area.

GUEST LAUNDRY: Coin-operated washers and dryers are located on the first floor. Laundry supplies are available for purchase in the laundry room. Refer to room layout for location.

GUEST SERVICES: For information see the Front Desk.

HALLWAYS: All hallways are considered quiet areas. We ask parents to be responsible for their children and be mutually respectful of other guests. No running please.

HANDICAP SERVICES: This resort is handicap accessible. Please contact the Front Desk for additional assistance.
