Driving SE Asia Growth With Applications

SENIOR EDITOR

F

rom the end of 2013 to the entire last year, intelligent surveillance was a hot topic. Video content analysis (VCA), which had stayed silent for a while in the market, became the talk of the town again. However, intelligent surveillance saw little visibility in countries like Thailand, India, and Malaysia in 2014. Very few local distributors and SIs that I spoke to offered or promoted the technology, let alone PSIM, which was practically non-existent. As such, I spent some time looking at which VCA or intelligent surveillance companies have businesses in Southeast Asia. To my surprise, such companies were a rarity, to say the least. With so few companies promoting intelligent surveillance, no wonder its awareness and acceptance in the region are lacking. Several weeks ago I had a conversation with an Indian company focusing on surveillance software. They emphasized the reality in India: most companies agree that offering solutions is important, yet those that can truly deliver are scarce. While most are in unison on what direction the industry should be heading towards, very few companies have made the necessary investment to travel on that path. When security firms lack the ability to guide the market, the market will be slow in moving toward the goal that companies want it to. China’s offering of low-price products have led to diminishing profits for everyone. It has become difficult for manufacturers and channel players alike to make money from security devices alone. Only by moving toward the offering of systems and solutions can companies stay profitable and grow. This year, we are set to see even more competitive pressure, and “solution” has become the mantra that everyone will stick to for survival. Companies should identify what customer needs are, and then launch the necessary solutions and develop the necessary partners and talent to become market leaders. Only by leveraging their existing intelligent and integrative technologies, providing total solutions, and uplifting the market with those solutions can they succeed and maximize profitability.

It feels like just yesterday we were talking about whether or not HD would become the standard resolution in security applications. Now, it’s 2015 and ultra-high definition is the topic of the moment. Every year new trends emerge as old trends become standards. This month a&s addresses some of the new video surveillance trends we expect to see in 2015. Hopefully, these trends will help drive video surveillance growth in this new year. Campus Safety

University campus blind spots removed by Axis’ Lightfinder technology and user-oriented interface

Daesun Jinrohoe University campuses, in Pocheon City, Korea, are open 24 hours to anyone, they are vulnerable to accidents and crimes. The existing analog system had become inadequate for monitoring the vast campus; therefore, Daejin University decided to introduce a high-resolution video security system. The existing security cameras installed across the campus of Daejin University were low resolution and difficult to manage because they were connected through coaxial cables. Additionally, their total cost of ownership became untenable. To address the problem, Daejin University decided to introduce an IP-based system that offered superior image quality under low-light conditions, night-time facial recognition, and operational stability. With the Axis network cameras, the university has a more effective security system. The new system offers clearer images including detailed facial features. The new IP-based system enables the university’s security staff to monitor the entire campus 24/7 for rapid response in emergencies.

COVER STORY As the first hard disk drive (HDD) company to come out with a surveillance HDD back in 2006, the company is setting another new milestone: the first HDD company to incorporate data recovery services for their surveillance HDD product line. By the a&s editorial team

C

apacity, power, performance, and reliability are often the key words associated with hard disk drive (HDD) requirements for surveillance applications. In 2006, when Seagate Technology first launched their surveillance HDDs, the goal was to create a HDD that could meet the aforementioned requirements under the strain of 24/7 continuous surveillance recording. Now, in addition to offering a complete line of surveillance HDDs, the company is focusing on helping the market overcome key challenges such as managing storage growth, data security and protection, and reducing total cost of ownership. With more and more users migrating to high-definition video solutions, adoption of big data/video analytics and increasing government regulations requiring companies to retain recordings for longer periods of time have made data integrity and reliability of surveillance HDDs more important. Seagate is well aware of the importance of these features. With their surveillance HDDs already in their seventh generation, the company is now ready to take on another first with their data recovery services, Seagate Rescue services (SRS). SRS has been an in-house capability for many years and is the first of its kind in the industry where a data recovery service plan is embedded as part of the HDD. “Data loss has great impact when it comes to security and surveillance and is very often caused by human errors, system failure, vandalism, power, and environment. We now have enhanced data protection services to the HDD, which gives the end customer peace-of-mind. This means they don’t have to worry about data loss under certain unexpected circumstances,” said Rex Dong, MD of Asia Sales and Marketing at Seagate. The company believes that this added-on value on top of the drive is just what they need to give them a leg up on the competition.

boasts their cumulative knowledge of customer needs and market requirements as the main factors that has allowed the company to stay at the forefront of the industry. Furthermore, the company is expanding their role in storing, protecting, and sharing digital information by strengthening their position as a trusted storage solution provider. “Seagate, with storage knowledge as our core competency, continues to develop ourselves as a trusted advisor to partners by offering comprehensive storage related offerings like storage systems; components — HDD, SSD, and SSHD; and services — cloud and data recovery services to help them overcome their biggest business and data storage challenges,” said Dong. “You can be rest assured that we could deliver storage needs beyond components moving forward.”

Importance of Data Recovery

Backing up and securing data are becoming increasingly important as IP surveillance and NVR use become more prominent in the surveillance industry. However, due to the high requirement of data storage in video surveillance applications, backing up data often becomes a key issue as it increases the cost of deployment. “Phenomenal growth in capacity requirements in the surveillance market means when you have big growth on the data, the question is how you protect the data,” Dong said. This is where the benefits of data recovery services come in. “Physical-wise, we would say that customers need to back-up their data, but in any situation where backup is not used, you should have other assurances with SRS. Very often, even if you buy a backup drive, you still can’t predict what could happen to the backup drive under unforeseen circumstances.” As an extra precaution, SRS give customers that extra peace-of-mind, knowing that as long as the drive has not been physically damaged, the data can be recovered. This is especially useful in data critical applications for verticals like government and banking. Based on Seagate’s experience, most

arguably the biggest competition for any company when it comes to new product adoption. Taking this into account, one of Seagate’s main focuses for 2015 is to educate their partners and channels on the benefits of utilizing SRS so that they can understand how to incorporate it into their solutions. Educating end users is also important. Since recovery services for HDDs are a new concept in the surveillance industry, it is crucial that users understand the benefits that SRS brings to them — knowing the HDD manufacturer is there to help recover the most valuable video recordings.

Strong Confidence for 2015

“We now have enhanced data protection services to the HDD, which gives the end customer peace-of-mind. This means they don’t have to worry about data loss under certain unexpected circumstances.” customers will send a HDD for recovery as long as there is the slightest chance that the data can be recovered. The company asserts that they have had more than 90 percent success rate over the years. Currently, SRS is available in most Asia Pacific countries. The service is auto-activated upon purchase, similar to the existing warranty offered by the manufacturer. This is a hassle-free service that doesn’t require any online activation or registration.

Education Still the Key

Market awareness and education are

JANUARY 2015

In addition to SRS, Seagate introduced several other new features in 2014 with their new 5 and 6-terabyte model HDDs. With the rise of IP surveillance, NVR and storage subsystems will increase the demand of multi HDDs applications thus requiring solutions that can help deliver the highest reliability. The newest model of Surveillance HDDs now have built-in RV (rotation vibration) sensors that will be important in multi-drive applications where they could help manage the vibration level created by operating HDDs in a chassis. Furthermore, it would ensure the highest reliability, data integrity, and consistent performance during video recording operations. Going forward, Seagate will aim at project-oriented markets in 2015, in particular the banking and government sectors. The company understands that these markets are the ones that have the strongest need to protect data. The company also plans to help and focus on small and mid-sized businesses as well as small offices and home offices. Dong expressed confidence that Seagate Rescue services will further promote the Seagate brand name within the surveillance industry and help the company strengthen its position in Asia. “When you have the drives in a system, the customer might not know whose drive they are using. With our new service offering, they will know that it’s Seagate that’s protecting their video recording.”

Uncertainty for 2016 Elections

Presidential elections will be held in 2016, which may lead to postponement of some projects. Some investors may delay key decisions till a new government is formed and wait to gauge what the future policy environment will be before launching major projects. At the same time, nearing the upcoming election, talk of more projects and activities from the government to gain more votes will hopefully turn into real projects, as growth initiatives must continue. According to Rosalie Real, Project Manager of CBR2 Marketing, “Some agencies will hurry up and purchase before elections, while others who are either indecisive or have no final requirement yet will have to wait after the election is over to continue their projects.”

According to Matthias Boehm, Country Manager of Bosch Security Systems, the elections are considered to be “hot months” in security and safety; most projects are still being rolled out, while some are put on hold.

Security Growth Benefits From Economy

The Philippines has recently been named one of the fastest growing economies in Southeast Asia, and the security industry has benefitted from this trend. “The security industry matures almost every day. As we integrate electronics to this field, the security industry then takes a bigger leap, which opens up many possibilities for surveillance, access control, finger prints, face detection, voice recognition, and building management systems (BMS), etc. If we look at it on a general basis, growth for the industry doubles

Reliability to Storage Network-attached storage, commonly known as NAS, is a technology that marks a departure from the server-attached configuration. With network storage, data is saved and accessible to everyone on a network, making it an ideal and reliable solution especially for large-scale installations where storage needs to be spread across multiple sites. By William Pao

N

AS and storage area network (SAN) are both technologies that put storage on the network instead of on the server. Among them, NAS offers a simpler and more cost-effective solution to ensure data reliability and integrity, which have become critical in the face of growing demand for securing data over a longer period of time. “The Boston Marathon bombings of 2013 were solved using stored video footage from city surveillance, mass transit surveillance, and local businesses’ surveillance systems. That demonstrates the value of video surveillance and the importance

22

of storing the video data in a reliable manner, said Greg Pellegrino, Product Management Director of Pivot3. In the past, storage was mostly attached to the server or workstation. Yet over time, demand for separation of storage and servers emerged, due to several reasons. First, better video quality resulted in a proportional increase in data, which put a strain on the server. Secondly, attaching storage to servers proved vulnerable to natural or manmade disasters, like 9/11, where everything was wiped out. A more risk-diversifying solution was needed. Work Hard to Ensure Data Integrity

Hard disk drives (HDDs) are the core of a storage system, which is critical in a surveillance installation. With growing demand for storage devices capable of storing bigger and more complex video data for longer periods of time, the need for higher-capacity and more reliable hard drives also rises. Today’s surveillance HDDs consume less power, have better error detection capabilities, and are designed specifically for intensive writing that is typical of surveillance operations. All this is intended to meet users’ growing storage needs. By William Pao

T

he history of HDDs goes way back; they were Introduced in the 1950s. Yet for a long time, HDDs focused primarily on the storage of personal and corporate data and lacked surveillance applications. However, this has changed with the growing importance of the security industry. As camera resolutions get higher and video retention periods become longer, demand for HDDs that are bigger in volume and designed specifically for writing-intensive surveillance operations has increased. In fact, it can be said that surveillance is a growth driver for the hard drive industry. A recent study by HIS predicted that revenue for both internal and external HDDs in video surveillance applications would rise from US$638.7 million in 2013 to $1 billion by 2017, a remarkable 57 percent increase. The market research firm attributed the increase in storage demand to various factors, including better performance and the use of high-resolution cameras. “The HDD industry as a whole will reap the benefits of a fast-growing video surveillance industry,” the report said. Indeed, today’s HDDs come with advanced features, such as error detection and vibration tolerance, to make sure no data is lost. Capacity, which totals 4 terabytes (TB) in most of today’s enterprise-level HDDs, will only increase over time. All this is meant to ensure data reliability and integrity over a long period of time and boost the overall performance of the surveillance deployment.

Consumer vs. Surveillance HDDs

The major difference between HDDs for consumer and surveillance applications is that the former is reading intensive and the latter is designed for data writing most of the time. “Consumer electronics (CE) HDDs’ primary focus is entertainment systems, like a consumer DVR, where you typically record content and play it back over and over again. In this environment, smooth playback is very important,” said CN Chu, Technical Manager for Taiwan at Seagate. Surveillance, on the other hand, requires constant writing of data as video feeds from different cameras are continuously transmitted to the storage device. HDDs for surveillance applications must therefore be designed from a writing-intensive perspective. “For surveillance applications, the customer needs an HDD that writes data 90 percent of the time, while reading accounts for just 10 percent or even 5 percent,” said Patrick Lo, Director of APAC Marketing, Digital Video and Data Center Storage Division at WD. “If there is no event, the video data is either retained or overwritten.” Moreover, surveillance HDDs must be able to withstand lots of heat, being often enclosed in systems such as NAS or servers.

Surveillance HDDs must also have more stringent fault tolerance requirements, able to perform even in the event of a components failure. Finally, consumer HDDs work at an average of eight hours a day, five days a week. Surveillance HDDs, on the other hand, must work round-the-clock. And given surveillance systems are always on, HDDs with improved energy conservation features can help users save on power.

Features to Ensure Data Integrity

Imagine the horror of not being able to find or retrieve a vital piece of data in the event of an accident. Since surveillance HDDs are tasked with storing piles upon piles of video data that is too valuable to be lost, they come with cutting-edge features to make sure all the data is kept securely and intact. Error Detection Error detection is a feature that activates when the system detects an impending HDD failure to allow the engineer to act accordingly, such as backing up data or making replacements. To make sure that error detection works, the HDD must be able to “shake hands” with the error detection software developed by the system manufacturer. “We do not just sell HDDs. In this industry, we sell a service and work with system manufacturers from the very beginning during the R&D stage,” Lo said. Power Management The more power a hard drive consumes, the more heat it will emit. Overtime, this will shorten a hard drive’s life expectancy. Power management is

Video Surveillance

Embraces New Trends in A new year brings new trends. Many of the trends from 2014 have since turned into industry standards, such as HD resolution and IP surveillance; however, new ones have emerged to keep the security industry on its toes in 2015. By EifEh Strom

The Market at a Glance

In 2014, video surveillance accounted for approximately 53 percent of the total market share (US$13.5 billion) in terms of global physical security product sales, according to Memoori Business Intelligence. Double-digit growth has been the norm in the video surveillance market over the last decade, and analysts at IHS forecast similar growth in the new year, predicting more than

shipments still outnumber those of IP. This is poised to change, with analysts believing that IP shipments will take over analog by the end of the decade. Evidence of this shift can be seen in markets like Latin America where the overall market — one that is heavily focused on analog — is now leaning toward IP equipment for the first time (by supplier revenue), according to a report by IHS. Asia Leads the Way In the world of security, Asia has had a tendency to be a step behind when it comes to the most up-to-date technologies. In the coming years, though, APAC is forecast to be the fasting growing region for IP video surveillance globally at a CAGR of 44.3 percent during the period 2013 to 2020, according to a report by Allied Market Research. The report also pointed out that North America is expected to experience the highest share in the IP video surveillance market by 2020, predicting that the continent would be the highest revenuegenerating segment with a value of about $19 billion in 2020. However, China is estimated to have been the largest regional market for video surveillance equipment, accounting for a third of global revenues in 2013.

Trends for the Growing Market

10 percent growth in 2015. Furthermore, Marketsandmarkets has predicted that the global video surveillance market will reach roughly $42.1 billion at a CAGR of 17 percent for the period 2014 to 2020, with the IP system market expected to grow at a CAGR of 23.5 percent during the same period. Rising crime rates, an increase in terror attacks, and growing security concerns all are contributing to this growth. Who Reigns Supreme? IP vs. Analog The move to IP is no longer so much a trend as it is simple fact: New installations are going IP and many analog users are upgrading to network-based solutions. With that said, does that mean that IP has finally taken over analog in video surveillance? The answer is yes and no. In terms of revenue, IP sales have surpassed analog sales; however, in terms of quantity, analog

Along with growth come trends, trends that help drive growth and keep the market up-to-date with new and exciting technologies. In 2014, we saw IP surveillance become a norm and HD resolution become a standard. In the following, a&s explores a few of what we expect to be the most popular video surveillance trends for 2015. High Efficiency Video Coding (H.265) One of the most important developments for 2015 will be that of high efficiency video coding (HVEC), also known as H.265, which directly relates to another trend: 4K resolution. HVEC will play a significant role in the feasibility of 4K in security applications. According to security experts, about 90 percent of surveillance products currently use HVEC’s predecessor H.264 for compression. However, that is set to

Localize or BUST! Searching for Success in China

Despite the fierce competition, multinationals are finding many ways to grow and get ahead in China’s massive security market. With words like localization being emphasized by every player in China, multinationals have found ways to fit into and meet the requirements of this highly demanding market.

n 2014, China surpassed the U.S. as the world’s largest economy. This, however, should not come as a surprise to anyone. With one-seventh of the world’s population, an insatiable market, and exceptionally fast development, it was only a matter of time before China pushed out the U.S. to take over the number one spot. In the security and surveillance market, China has played a similar game — unbeatable manpower, ever-improving technology, and a market hungry for the latest and greatest in security products. In fact, as previously reported by a&s, according to IHS, China was estimated to be the largest regional market for video surveillance equipment in 2013, accounting for a third of global revenues. It is quite clear that China is a force to be reckoned with, not just in security but generally as an overall economic giant. According to Memoori Business Intelligence, within the video surveillance sphere, China is now delivering the highest rate of growth and increasing its market share. What that has meant for the security industry is that everyone wants a piece of this massive market. Multinationals from every corner of the world have flocked to China to try to gain a presence and take some of the country’s market share. However, this has not been easy. With local Chinese security manufacturers numbering in the thousands (and constantly on the rise) and power-house players like Hikvision Digital Technology and Dahua Technology quickly ascending in the ranks among the world’s biggest security manufacturers, multinationals have their work cut out for them.

Everything Local

From manpower to manufacturing to offices to services, being local in all these categories is more than just an added bonus for multinationals in China: it’s a necessity. Setting up local R&D, local manufacturing, and local offices has been the key to success for many multinationals in China. In fact, many of the world’s top security brands are emphasizing localization as their key strategy. Companies like Axis Communications, HID Global, Infinova, Panasonic, Sony, etc., have all set up manufacturing factories in the country, which has proved to be very advantageous when it comes to competing with local manufacturers. “As we have local manufacturing and local R&D, we can, to an extent, reduce costs — we can be more aggressive with pricing with China-specific products,” said Jimmy Li, Sales Director for China at Axis Communications. Being able to compete in price is obviously quite an advantage as the price wars caused by Chinese manufacturers within the global security industry have affected every manufacturer. Aside from local manufacturing, local manpower is also a key asset to multinationals. “The fact that we have local Chinese people in our office helps us a lot because they serve as a bridge of knowledge,” said Dror Irani, President and CEO of BriefCam, an Israeli-based software company specialized in video synopsis. “They take the local requirements of the market and translate it in a way our programmers understand what is required, which is not a simple task: it is both technical as well as cultural. Technical and cultural gaps exist in this communication and understanding all of that can immediately affect your entire product offering.” Additionally, localization tactics like language are also quite important in the Chinese market. Eric Chiu, Sales Director for Greater China at HID Global pointed out, “Small things make a big difference — for example, language. Many global companies use English as a standard, but for HID, especially here in China, we are not that way. We still have English, but Chinese is our local language for communication. This is just one example. It looks like a

uxury and business fashion retailers (including luxury clothing, jewelry, and footwear) account for the sector with the highest number of new entrants in APAC, according to a CBRE market report from 2013. High-end retailers are opening up new stores at a faster rate than other sectors to capture more growth opportunities. The main security challenge facing high-end retail is the need to balance security and appearance. “High-end retailers need to maintain a store environment that reflects their brand image. As such, installed security systems need to be non-intrusive and discreet, so as not to affect the store aesthetics,” explained Atul Ghaisas, Business Development Manager for Store Performance Solutions (SPS) in APAC at Tyco Retail Solutions. “Besides having a high level of security, another area that is crucial for high-end retailers is the service level they get from their security providers,” added Ricky Du, Operations Manager of East Asia at ICD Security Solutions. “Retailers want immediate response to any problem, for example, if the safe doesn’t open in the morning. This poses a challenge for the systems integrator to make sure they are able to respond fast to these needs,” he added.

Front Store vs. Back Office

The requirements from security systems change according to time and place: during the store’s business hours, and between the back office, and the store front. Intrusion and theft are the main risks when the store is closed. During the off-hours, alarm systems, motion detection, and glass break sensors operate along with video

Wise Choice of WDR “The choice of wide dynamic range (WDR) cameras is important for high-end retailers,” explained Becky Zhou, VP of Sales in APAC for Arecont Vision. Since high-end retail stores are usually dimly lit to create a shopping atmosphere, capturing the faces of people entering the store is challenging due to changing light conditions between the outside and interior. People enter the store with the light behind them making capturing of facial features more difficult. In addition, high-end retailers will have a combination of dark and bright areas (e.g., a diamond display box) which creates a problem for security cameras. “For these situations we recommend cameras with ‘true’ WDR and not software WDR to get a better coverage of the floor,” she added.

Bank Rakyat Indonesia Implements

Business Challenge

IP Access Control

System

Bank of Rakyat Indonesia implemented the Synergis IP access control system to restrict access to vulnerable areas and extends BRIZZI one-card application to include employee access. ■By Genetec One of Bank Rakyat's many branch offices. Source: Wikicommons

Incorporated in 1895, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) is one of the largest government-owned banks in Indonesia. Today, BRI has over 10,000 outlets serving 30 million retail clients and a growing corporate clientele. BRI’s headquarters is located in Jakarta and serves as the center of their national operations in a state-ofthe-art 35-story building. As one of Indonesia’s largest banks, the organization places a very high importance on security; not only to ensure its proprietary business information stays safe, but also to protect employees and visiting clients. With the aim of enhancing the security of their headquarters, BRI was looking to expand its physical access control system. While server rooms were restricted with a stand-alone access control system, the technology was extremely basic and could not accommodate their plans to implement access control enterprise-wide. BRI also wanted a more advanced and feature-rich IP-based access control system to protect main entrances and exits and other sensitive areas. An open-architecture system was also important to accommodate device selection and other systems integration in the future. Wi t h t h e h e l p o f l o c a l i n t e g r a t o r Golden Solution Indonesia, BRI chose Genetec Security Center, the unified security platform with Synergis IP access control. According to Mr. Yusuf, Head of Security at BRI, “Security Center met all of our needs in terms of system functionalities within our budget. It also gave us the flexibility to leverage advanced card technology for a unique one-card application with our BRIZZI payment card.”

One-Card BRIZZI Application Showcases Innovation and Simplicity

Today, Security Center manages 114 doors throughout BRI headquarters, securing access to server room areas, offices, and VIP guest locations. HID Global VertX controllers and readers were chosen to secure all doors. The Synergis IP access control system is also managing 12 tripod barrier gates at the main entrance of

Synergis is managing 114 doors throughout the BRI headquarters building and 12 tripod turnstiles within the lobby. 126 HID Global VertX V100 door/reader interface are installed with five HID Global Vertx V1000 controllers. The security and IT departments manage and maintain the system from a central location within the building.

the headquarters. Since all employees and some customers already carry the BRIZZI payment card from BRI, the bank wanted to leverage the flexibility of the system and the hardware to use this card for access credentials as well. Today, the 32-bit smartcard not only serves as a pre-paid debit card but is also used by employees to access various areas of the office building. “The BRIZZI card is designed to serve multiple functions including a prepaid debit card for purchases and for road tolls from merchants who are affiliated with the bank,” said Mr. Yusuf. “By choosing Synergis and HID, we were able to add the access control application within our headquarters. This makes it easier for our employees who now only have to carry one card and this also helps us build on this bank-affiliated innovation.”

Granular Access Privileges and Visitor Management Secure Vulnerable Areas

In order to ensure employees only

have access to the areas and floors that are necessary to their functions, BRI was able to create access control groups and pre-assign specific access control privileges to each group for easy cardholder enrollment. Special after-hour privileges are provided to senior-level employees who may require access beyond regular office hours. The ability to pull detailed access control reports from Synergis has been instrumental to the security team at BRIZZI. During any active investigations, access control event reports provide a clearer timeline of when events might have occurred. Creating monthly reports on visitor access, event logs, and system health status have become routine for the BRI security team. For clients and business affiliates who visit the headquarters regularly, the built-in visitor management feature in Synergis has facilitated the check-in and check-out process. “The enrollment process for our visitors is quick and easy, and having the ability to assign access

control rights ensures our most vulnerable areas will always be secure.”

Growing Into the Future Without Restrictions

Beyond ensuring BRI headquarters are safe from any potential vulnerabilities, the security department is exploring the use of Synergis for a time and attendance application that will involve multiple departments. Integration with video surveillance and fire detection systems are also on the horizon for BRI. Since Security Center is a unified platform, BRI is looking forward to managing all security and business systems from one easy-to-use solution. Syncing events and alarms with video will further simplify investigations for the security team. BRI is also looking to upgrade access control at other locations and centrally manage these sites from the main headquarters by implementing the Genetec Federation feature. “ S y n e rg i s I P a c c e s s c o n t r o l i s a very effective product and has met all of our needs in helping us secure our headquarters. We look forward to expanding on the system by adding more advanced functionality, systems integration, and other sites. The Genetec solution has given us the freedom to grow, without restrictions, so we know our investment is protected,” Mr. Yusuf concluded.
