In RANCON, challenging convention perceives pursuing newer and better ways of moving forward bearing the contribution of the heritage that brings glory and pride. The structured, process driven culture along with excellence in the quality of products and services delivered by the right kind of people are what make RANCON the trendsetter. People of this multicultural organization are more focused on working smart to achieve more by utilizing benefits of technology rather than only working hard. Bringing innovation in each aspect of business will help make a good work life balance for all. With this vision, RANCON dreamt of creating one of the most modern Industrial park in Bangladesh with world class technology and facilities. To turn the dream into reality, RANCON started to roll the ball of the factory with RANCON Motorbikes Limited for assembling Suzuki Motorbikes in Bangladesh. Time goes by but RANCON tried to keep the planning right. Within 4 years, RANCON built 3 more manufacturing plants in that area for Mitsubishi Outlander with Rangs Limited, electronics products with RANCON Electronics Limited and JMC trucks with RANCON Automobiles Limited ( to be started in future). It has been really a new avenue for RANCON. The business organizations of RANCON are tend to be known as service oriented organization and from now on they will also be known as manufacturing organization. With this initiative RANCON will get the opportunity to reach the mass consumers of the country. It means RANCON will be contributing a lot more to the economy in terms of employment in Bangladesh. Currently around 450 employees are associated with the Industrial park. Another remarkable initiative of RANCON Industrial park is producing electricity for the factory from own grid through solar power. This Industrial park is located at Bhabanipur, Kashimpur, Gazipur Zilla which is around 40 Km away from RANGS Bhaban.

RANCON, being the believer of challenging the convention has recently designed and inaugurated RANCON CHQ exclusively adapting the open office concept located at Rangs Bhaban, Bijoy Sharani. This kind of initiative has been taken for the very first time in Bangladesh by any local corporate house.

The reason The purpose behind embracing open office concept is to increase communications and collaboration among employees which will be leading conversation between employees. The tendency to break down the silo mentality will help to raise productivity and innovation in workplace. Also the hot- desking concept helps cutting down the maintenance cost of the

Each employee has designated locker at a single place to avoid keeping stuffs on desk. All stationeries items are arranged thoroughly so that anyone can avail the needed items without disturbing anyone. RANCON believes in having fun in life; so a recreation zone enhanced the attraction of employees towards office. RANCON Launches FUSO Trucks and Buses

ancon Trucks and Buses Limited (RTBL) has recently launched FUSO Truck and Bus as the sole authorized general distributor in Bangladesh by Asia's leading commercial vehicle manufacturer- Mitsubishi FUSO Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC). From now on, Rancon Trucks and Buses (RTBL) will be responsible for the import and wholesale businesses exclusively for the Fuso Truck and Bus in the country.

Fuso—a brand of Daimler, the largest manufacturer of trucks over six tones—also offers trucks ranging from four tone to 65 tone and the entire range will be strategically introduced in the market. Initially, models FA, FI, FJ, FJ (RMC), FZ along with Rosa bus and Canter will be available for customers. Mr. Romo Rouf Chowdhury, Group Managing Director of RANCON said, “We are excited to partner with Fuso. Together we will shape the future of transportation in Bangladesh.
