SPECIAL EDITION FOR
BMRC CHARITY EVENT NOVEMBER 29 2014
Welcome! It is my pleasure to donate a day clinic to 4 riders on terms of BMRC Charity Event. Please see below for a short description of the special edition of the clinic. All the best and I am looking forward to meeting the lucky ones! Wiola Grabowska BHSAI/INT'T Founder of Aspire Equestrian Riding Academy aspire@outlook.com www.aspir1.wix.com/aspireequestrian2014 BMRC EDITION CLINIC OVERVIEW: Number of riders: 4 Spectators: welcomed free of charge Level of riding required: any Duration: 2h per rider (1h off-horse, 1h ridden training) When: 6th December 2014 Venue: Topline Equestrian, Clevedon
WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE CLINIC Each ridden session is in form of a private one to one lesson. The off horse session can be done as a group of 4, shared with another rider or private. My focus as a coach is on correct, functional biomechanics of the rider and wellness of the horse. I do not use any training gadgets but instead aim to develop athletic ability in the horse via thorough coaching of the rider. It is more fun than it sounds ;)
We will start with a chat about your current training, your goals and difficulties you are having. It doesn't matter how big or small your aims are! We will then move onto the ridden session - both flatwork/dressage and jumping sessions can be booked. Depending on your riding problems you might need to dismount a couple of times to have a go at some simple, fun exercises that make a big difference to rider's feel and perception of movement. I will video parts of the lesson for visual feedback afterwards. After the ridden session and once you made your horse comfortable, we will have a look at the footage and come up with a plan to solve at least couple of the issues you might have! During this off-horse session we will also do some balance and seat exercises tailored to your training needs.
