Our brand is more than just a logo. For all of us, life is full of challenges.

Some big, but mostly small. Often these challenges come down to decisions. Little, light on/light off moments. Like deciding to do something we don’t really want to do.

Why Aston Commercial? Our view is always considered and always evidence based. When we give an opinion, we don’t shoot from the lip. While we often have direct experience relevant to an issue, if we are not sure, we always prefer to go away and look further, before coming back.

Our knowledge is the sort you can only get from being personally immersed in an area. Knowing people. Not just what’s happening, but why. The sort of on the ground knowledge you can’t get from market reports, even though you need those too.

We always give the best answer for the long term, even if it isn’t in our short term interest.

This is where it starts, often a deep personal knowledge of the local area. Not just what a property is worth, but why. Sources from trusted conversations, not a website. Businesses often don’t want to relocate too far away - and it helps to know, not just who is moving, but who might be.

Network. Because we work so hard on developing and refine it constantly, we are a smaller agent with a large network. Ours is much more than a carefully classified list, so we know who’s who and who is in the market for what. Process. Under-rated by traditionalists, but in today’s market it’s critical.
