Whipped Feta with Lavender Honey Dip Servings: 6
Ingredients:
11 oz servings of MT Vikos Feta ⅓ cup Rosemary Olive Oil 2 tablespoons Lavender Honey Zest of 1 lemon Salt (to taste) Pepper (to taste)
Directions:
In a food processor, add the feta and lemon zest. Pulse until cheese is well combined and has a smooth, whipped consistency. With the food processor running, pour in the rosemary olive oil and honey until fully incorporated. Add salt and pepper to taste.
