A t the time o f t h e establishment o f the Navy â‚Źlotion Picture Exchange, t h e Bureau was a b l e t o e n t e r i n t o very advantageous contracts These contracts with p r a c t i c a l l y a11 the b i g rcotion p i c t u r e praducers, have been s o advantageous t o the Navy t h a t l i t t l e o r no p r o f i t has been The Bureau is using every e f f o r t t o increase made by t h e producers, t h e efficiency and entertainment value o f t h e motion p i c t u r e service. The Exchange has expanded since i t s establishment; improved rcethods o f circulatj-on have been put i n t o e f f e c t : and today p r a c t i c a l l y a l l act i v i t i e s showing m o t i o n p i c t u r e s nse the Havy Exchange,
