Why I love my home
a note from the owner
1. This neighborhood is incredibly friendly. Our neighbors actually know each other and look out for each other! Need to have someone help move a mattress? Likely to find a volunteer with a truck ready to assist.
2. The schools are amazing, and East Cobb has an education system like no other county, in our opinion. All the schools for our home are in the Pope Education Cluster and are highly desired and regarded.
3. Do you like social activities? The neighborhood Halloween party and trick-or-treating are not to be missed. Pre-COVID, each cul-de-sac had a theme for the event, such as special drinks in one and a firepit with marshmallows in another. It is such a good way to meet your new neighbors and get involved. Most holidays have some sort of fun activity planned.
4. We feel like we live in an oasis here with all the amenities – swimming, tennis, a clubhouse and now pickleball – everything you could want to do is just a quick golf cart ride away.

5. There is so much space in our home. We love having guests stay with us, as there is plenty of room. There are so many flexible spaces for us to have two folks working from home with no space issue or hearing each other’s zoom and conference calls. The loft is frequently visited by neighbors for playing and building LEGOS.
