AL LE N SNOW The son of a nuclear physicist, Allen Snow was raised in the historic smalltown of Oak Ridge, Tennessee (“The Atomic City”), after which he attended Auburn University, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, unique amongst REALTORS®. While working as an engineer for 10 years before switching to real estate sales in 2001, Allen spent time in many areas of the country, including cities such as Atlanta, Boston, Fort Lauderdale, Memphis, Miami, Raleigh, Providence and San Francisco. Each time Allen visited Atlanta, he felt a deep connection to the city, where he ultimately found both business and personal success. Allen has now resided in Midtown for over 20 years, where he enjoys the outdoors in Piedmont Park, bikes the Atlanta BeltLine and embraces the diverse culture and fantastic local cuisine. Allen’s pride, passion and enthusiasm for the city of Atlanta are reflected in his successful real estate business. “Every time I open the Atlanta Business Chronicle, an exciting new project is being planned, and I love sharing that information with my clients and getting them as excited about it as I am.” Since 2001, the year Allen decided to delve into real estate sales full-time, he began earning notable awards such as “Rookie of the Year,” “Agent of the Year” nearly every year, ranking in the top 1 percent of sales associates at NRT Worldwide, and ranking as the #10 agent in volume sold at the Atlanta REALTORS® Association for 2020. Currently, he is on track to meet or exceed these same goals for 2022. Allen owes his success to loving what he does, building relationships and working well with people. It was with Allen’s degree and 10 years of experience in civil engineering that his interest and insight in real estate sales and real estate development grew, and he began leveraging that into individual buyer and seller services. Over the years, Allen has expanded his portfolio by working with reputable developers, such as Minerva Homes, Cablik Enterprises, Thrive Homes, PacificPoint Realty, Daniel Corporation and Jamestown, to mention a few. Lisa Johnson joined Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty in 2013 and oversees management and recruitment for the Intown office. Born and raised in Southern California, Lisa moved to Atlanta in 1992. Robert Blaha has 16 years of sales and sales management experience plus now more than 10 years of top-producing real estate experience. Robert first moved to Atlanta in 1991 and is now extremely familiar with the Metro Atlanta and Intown markets.

After attending Clemson University, Heyward Young settled in Atlanta in 1992. After a few years in real estate, he successfully marketed and sold out two new construction neighborhoods of over 175 homes in less than two years. In 2006, Heyward, along with partners, started his own brokerage, which grew to over 40 agents and two locations. In 2012, Heyward joined Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty.


Kelli Meier has lived in Atlanta for more than 18 years and is a graduate of the College of Charleston. For nine years before being a REALTOR®, she was a business analyst and budget manager for higher education. Her strong analytical and problem solving skills are best utilized in assisting individuals and investors in the real estate industry.

Kellie Hardcastle has lived in Atlanta for more than 30 years, and joined Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty in 2015. She began her real estate career in 1998 selling new construction, luxury condominium and townhome communities. Kellie moved into property management with Cousins Properties, which broadened her knowledge and experience in real estate.

June Obondo epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. June is multi-lingual, speaking five languages fluently. Her social background facilitates easy interaction with people from different walks of life, hereby enhancing and improving customer service. Kevin McBride has been a REALTOR® for the last 17 years, specializing in both condominium and residential sales in the Atlanta Intown market.
