Raised in Birmingham, Alabama, I earned a degree in psychology from the University of Georgia and have called Atlanta home for over 30 years. My deep local roots, high-level customer relations skills and professional background in marketing allow me to excel at supporting people—those moving to their next chapter and those eager to find a property that reflects their dreams and complements their lifestyle. Understanding that every journey is unique, I enjoy building comfort into the process through clear, proactive and process-oriented communication, making sure my clients always know what just happened, what’s happening now and what comes next. For all of my listings, I have a professional real estate photographer who takes photos of your home, neighborhood highlights and the lifestyle your home provides (amenities, nearby parks, etc.). This superb photography allows your home to be showcased online and in print, standing out from other listings.

PROFESSIONAL STAGER

Home staging is a must-do in real estate. It is a proven fact that staged homes sell more quickly and for more money. I provide a complimentary staging consultation for all my listings. Buyers must be able to visualize themselves in a home, and having attractive furnishings will help a home sell faster.

HOME INSPECTOR + LICENSED VENDORS

To ensure no surprises during the inspection period, a certified home inspector can evaluate your home before going on the market once under contract. This allows the homeowner to get the home in the best condition for sale. There is no need to stress about the time and hassle required to vet vendors when preparing your home for sale; I have long-term relationships with reliable, professional, licensed vendors who can help.
