ALLEN SNOW

The son of a nuclear physicist, Allen Snow was raised in the historic small town of Oak Ridge, Tennessee (“The Atomic City”), after which he attended Auburn University, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, unique amongst REALTORS®. While working as an engineer for 10 years before switching to real estate sales in 2001, Allen spent time in many areas of the country, including cities such as Atlanta, Boston, Fort Lauderdale, Memphis, Miami, Raleigh, Providence and San Francisco. Each time Allen visited Atlanta, he felt a deep connection to the city, where he ultimately found both business and personal success. Allen has now resided in Midtown for over 20 years, where he enjoys the outdoors in Piedmont Park, bikes the Atlanta BeltLine and embraces the diverse culture and fantastic local cuisine. Allen’s pride, passion and enthusiasm for the city of Atlanta are reflected in his successful real estate business.

Since 2001, the year Allen decided to delve into real estate sales full-time, he began earning notable awards such as “Rookie of the Year,” “Agent of the Year” nearly every year, ranking in the top 1 percent of sales associates at NRT Worldwide, and ranking as a top 10 agent, volume sold, at the Atlanta REALTORS® Association for 2020. Currently, he is on track to meet or exceed these same goals for 2024. Allen owes his success to loving what he does, building relationships and working well with people.

It was with Allen’s degree and 10 years of experience in civil engineering that his interest and insight in real estate sales and real estate development grew, and he began leveraging that into individual buyer and seller services. Over the years, Allen has expanded his portfolio by working with reputable developers, such as Minerva Homes, Cablik Enterprises, Thrive Homes, PacificPoint Realty, Daniel Corporation and Jamestown, to mention a few. Allen’s experience and ever-expanding skill set give him the tools to assist individual buyers and sellers through the challenging process of buying or selling their home, but also the unique tools to help developers navigate the complexities of new home residential project sales and sales management.

Today, Allen Snow Associates is working with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty and continues to build upon the new energy that has taken the city of Atlanta by storm.

Lisa Johnson joined Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty in 2013 and oversees management and recruitment for the Intown office. Born and raised in Southern California, Lisa moved to Atlanta in 1992. She began her real estate career in 1997 and became the associate broker of a different brokerage in 2003, where she served under Philip White, now the CEO of Sotheby’s International Realty®.

Robert Blaha has 16 years of sales and sales management experience plus now more than 10 years of top-producing real estate experience. Robert first moved to Atlanta in 1991 and is now extremely familiar with the Metro Atlanta and Intown markets.

Whether a first-time homebuyer or luxury home seller, Rea Kelly approaches each transaction with excitement and energy. She prides herself on going above and beyond her clients’ expectations. Rea has acquired an understanding of local trends, pricing strategies and negotiating skills that are unmatched by most other real estate professionals.

After attending Clemson University, Heyward Young settled in Atlanta in 1992. After a few years in real estate, he successfully marketed and sold out two new construction neighborhoods of over 175 homes in less than two years. In 2006, Heyward, along with partners, started his own brokerage, which grew to over 40 agents and two locations. In 2012, Heyward joined Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty.

Kelli Meier has lived in Atlanta for more than 18 years and is a graduate of the College of Charleston. Kellie Hardcastle has lived in Atlanta for more than 30 years, and joined Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty in 2015. She began her real estate career in 1998 selling new-construction, luxury condominium and townhome communities. Kellie moved into property management with Cousins Properties, which broadened her knowledge and experience in real estate.

Kevin McBride has been a REALTOR® for the last 17 years, specializing in both condominium and residential sales in the Atlanta Intown market. He is an expert in marketing condominium and residential projects. Some of Kevin’s achievements include being a Life Member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Top Producers and No. 1 agent of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association for new home sales in 2013 and 2014.

Madeline Komic is an animation graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design. SALES REPORTING: provide clients with real-time sales and traffic activity through a combination of electronic reporting and scheduled sales meetings. Reports include a detailed summary of contract and inventory status, sales traffic, prospect feedback and an invaluable analysis of site data, such as inventory and velocity of sales tracking.

PRE-SELLING: ability to pre-sell projects through a strategic marketing approach, providing insight into the tools required for pre-selling success and once equipped with those tools, we have the unparalleled ability to achieve the client’s goals. This is one of our strongest assets.

POINT-OF-SALE TO CONTRACT: our sales team has experience in qualifying leads and understands that the critical path from point-of-sale to contract is invaluable. The process includes (but is not limited to): the qualification of prospects, intimate knowledge of each project and its competition, understanding the selling process, bringing the prospect to contract and keen negotiation skills.

BUYER MANAGEMENT DURING CONSTRUCTION: shielding our clients from the day-to-day needs and concerns of buyers throughout the construction process can be challenging; therefore, our goal is to leverage the invaluable service of keeping buyers informed to stay a step ahead of potential issues.

CONTRACT TO CLOSE: the last memory of new construction home-buying is the last few weeks before the closing.
