Real Estate Expert
About Me
Catherine Newsome brings integrity, incredible tenacity and a love for helping others to the real estate industry. Her passion for residential real estate stems from growing up in Los Angeles and The Hamptons, where she was surrounded by some of the most unique and beautiful homes in the world. Catherine was inspired by her late father, Francis Fleetwood, who was known as ‘the architect who transformed the architectural aesthetic of The Hamptons.
Catherine treats every real estate transaction as if it were her own. She uses the latest research and metrics to guide her clients through each step of the buying and selling process. Catherine has seen first-hand how staging can make a difference in selling a home for the best price, which is why she offers all her clients a complimentary staging consultation. For every home, regardless of price point, Catherine uses unrivaled marketing tools and high-quality digital photography to strategically showcase a home to the highest number of potential buyers.
Since 2002, Catherine has called Atlanta home. She has lived in Dunwoody for over 18 years and is devoted to her three children, who are currently studying at The Mount Vernon School in Sandy Springs. Catherine graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a bachelor’s in business finance, which has shaped her approach to real estate. She believes in giving back to her community and has held numerous volunteer positions, including Fun Run Raffle Chair at the Atlanta Speech School, Homecoming Co-Chair at Mount Vernon Elementary School and Bookfair Chair and New Family Tour Chair at Austin Elementary School.
“I advocate for home buyers and sellers throughout every step of the real estate process so they have zero doubt that their interests, needs, desires and timeframe come first. I am passionate about understanding your unique tastes and lifestyle, so I can match you with a home that is uniquely you! I am passionate about selling your home for the best price and in the shortest amount of time possible. Most of all, I care about understanding what you want and need!”
