Alex Hirst Innately perceptive and level-headed, Alex Hirst combines a mastery of deadlines and contracts with a heart for people and an inclination toward problem-solving to guide clients through the buying and selling process. Gifted in helping people feel seen and validated, she is a strong negotiator seeking a win for everyone at the closing table. She earned a degree in English from the University of Georgia. She worked in recruiting and experience management for Ernst & Young for several years, helping teams find the right candidates who would be a good fit. After buying a home in 2016 and forming relationships with other agents, she discovered that real estate was the perfect way to combine all her strengths into one career. Alex excels at exuding an upbeat, peaceful energy while managing the details so her clients can focus on making it through their milestones and transitioning to the next phase of their lives. She is skilled in handling off-market transactions and is committed to protecting their interests and treating clients like family. A devoted mother of four, Alex was born in Houston and loves the Atlanta area for the variety of activities—restaurants, museums, parks, botanical gardens and more—she supports Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and is actively involved in the Peachtree Presbyterian Church community. Alex relaxes by cooking, spending time with her husband and children, mingling with friends, walking her dog, attending a concert or musical, going out to eat or traveling.

Dabney Jordan An Atlanta native, Dabney Jordan studied real estate at the University of Georgia. Dabney then spent five years working on the top commercial real estate team in Atlanta. Collaborating with several of the city’s largest office tenants on their space requirements helped Dabney develop a deep understanding of the fundamentals of Atlanta’s real estate market. Transitioning to residential real estate in 2016 allowed Dabney to merge her background in real estate client services, passion for residential architecture and interior design and love of Atlanta. Consistently named a Top Producer by the Atlanta REALTORS® Association, Dabney has focused her business on a dedication to her clients’ best interests, open and consistent communication and a tireless work ethic to achieve her clients’ goals. Dabney specializes in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, specifically the Wildwood, Springlake and Memorial Park neighborhoods. She is well-connected in the local agent community, which is one of the keys to her success in this business. Dabney lives in the Wildwood neighborhood with her husband, Thomas Jordan, and her son, Grant. Dabney loves spending time with her family, traveling and exploring the best of what Atlanta has to offer.

Amelia Henritze Patient, positive and always one step ahead, Amelia Henritze serves clients throughout Metro Atlanta as a valued member of the Hirst Jordan Heinritze Team, a top-tier team with a combined total of $125M+ in sales. Gifted at breaking down complex processes into manageable steps and forming genuine, lasting relationships, she is a valuable ally for families seeking not just a house but a fulfilling home environment. A native of Monroe, Georgia, Amelia relocated to Atlanta to complete her education. She earned a degree in child and family development from The University of Georgia and a master’s degree in elementary education from Mercer University. The years she spent as a teacher and tutor make her a compassionate and effective real estate professional with a unique emphasis on education and coaching that immediately puts clients at ease. Her sensitivity to family dynamics combined with her market knowledge allows her to facilitate a smooth, streamlined home-buying process.
