Our extensive relationship with Clay and Haden began in 2011. During the ensuing years, we have had the pleasure of working with Clay, and now with both he and Haden, on seven different transactions. Their knowledge doesn’t pertain to just one area; they have sold and helped us purchase properties from Fayetteville to Henry County, on the lake at Oconee and now to Cherokee County.

Clay Henderson

Together with his son Haden, Clay Henderson Group was formed in 2017. Haden Henderson
Haden is a McDonough native and grew up with a mother in the mortgage business and a father in real estate; his first job was installing eight-foot “for sale” signs. Growing up, he was surrounded by the real estate industry, and not much changed. When he went to college at the University of Alabama – Roll Tide, he studied business management and real estate and worked in leasing and property management while there.
After graduation, he backpacked across Europe for several months before endeavoring an initial career path of opening/managing multiple supplement stores nationwide. When he was ready for a change in 2017, naturally, he moved into real estate. Building a luxury real estate-focused business with his family and friends has been an incredible experience. Haden especially enjoys when part of the job involves traveling the country to see great friends and building relationships with other talented agents in the business (he’ll take any reason to travel)! Every day is a new adventure for him with his attached-at-thehip Labrador Retriever, Major, as they serve clients in various facets, from Intown luxury homes and extravagant country and equestrian estates to lake and mountain retreats. Haden feels so blessed to do what he does, and he knows the future will be filled with many more notable clients, properties and memories.
Matt Farley
Matt joined Clay Henderson Group and Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty in 2021. Before joining the team and the world of real estate, Matt attended Southern Methodist University, where he graduated with bachelor’s degrees in business marketing and vocal performance. He went on to work in Dallas and Atlanta for a marketing agency and then as a freelance marketer, helping companies across the country create and implement digital marketing strategies.
Now, as the Director of Operations for Clay Henderson Group, Matt combines his marketing expertise with a dedication to helping clients buy and sell real estate with confidence. CAN WE LIST OUR PROPERTY HIGHER AND COME DOWN LATER IF IT DOESN’T SELL?
